I took my laptop here on Friday, July 29th and was told that I would have it back in a week. By Saturday, August 6th I hadnt heard from them, so I called and was told that the problem wasnt what they had thought it was and that they would have to order a different part and it would be one more week before I could get it back. It would have been nice if they had called to tell me this instead of just waiting for me to wonder where my computer was. Again, after a week had passed, I still had heard nothing so I called and was told that they still didnt have the part and it would be another week. I called again a week later and was told that they had just gotten the part in and that it would be done in just a couple of days. A few days later I called back and was told by someone else that they didnt even have the part, so apparently I was lied to when I was told it would be done in a couple of days. It took over a month to finally get my computer back and not once did they ever call to update me on the status or apologize for how long it was taking. They didnt even call to tell me it was ready to be picked up, they were apparently done with it two days before I called to ask. When I went to pick it up, they sat around chit-chatting with eachother instead of helping a customer and then insisted on charging me the rest of the price even though I had been told I would not have to pay any more because of their screw ups. Instead, they spent 15min telling me they were going to charge me anyway because "well your computer was broken anyway" and giving me endless excuses about why it wasnt their fault, it was the other employee that theyve wanted to get rid of for months but havent yet. Not sure how thats my fault or why I have to pay for it. When I mentioned the fact that I shouldnt have to pay and that I should have taken my computer somewhere else, they decided to tell me that other customers have said the same thing and that they "have come back with their tail between their legs" because they are the cheapest place in town. I guess you get what you pay for. I can say with certainty that the lower price was not worth the over four week wait, the lack of updates, the lies, the attitude, and the laundry list of excuses. They didnt even actually fix my computer. Less than 24hrs later and it was back to doing exactly what it was before I took it in.

We walked in for a quote to fix my sons phone he quoted a price and I said good we will be back tomorrow due to the shop was going to close in 15 minutes he said no I can do it now..and 30 Minutes to a tee we were done!! Great Service!! Totally happy with the results of the repair

Love having you guys opened that close to us. Amazing work on my laptop and quick too. Customer care was great and makes me kinda want to break my laptop screen again to see you guys lololol!! Great place will be coming back for more repairs.

Been waiting over a month to get my tablet screen fixed. Was told they should have the part some time within dec 1st- dec 5th. We will find out today. Im going to stop in since they dont like calling to let me no whats going on.
