Isnt it frustrating to call the help line and be given a bunch of BS on getting your PC fixed? Or going to the Apple Store and having some techie act like youre an idiot because you didnt buy the service plan to get your cracked screen covered? With Pro Techs around, there is no corporate BS! They are fast, knowledgeable, and the best part is, they will honestly tell you if your device is beyond repair. Everybody keeps saying, "buy local". Well, these guys are the "real deal". Conveniently located in OTR, ProTechs is trying to offer something different than the box stores and the typical franchise computer fix it shop. Give Cleo and his staff a try, they work really hard to solve problems. They want you to come back the next time your "cant live without" device fails, and we know its gonna fail at some point!

I learned about this company on Thumbtack. A tech owner or employee kept talking over me and threw a tantrum, stormed off, slammed a door I asked him to stop cutting me off when I was trying to describe to him the problems that occurred after their so called servicing. I could hear the tantrum thrower loudly defending himself to another owner or employee. After another employee came out; his only response was that I could deal with him. He had nothing to say about the tantrum. No Thank you! Save yourself the headache. No one should be as disrespected as I was, particularly when I was a paying customer. On a scale of 1 to 5, my experience with protech was a minus.

This is my second time utilizing Pro Techs services. The first time was to fix my mini ipad screen that my son cracked that was out of warranty. This second time was for a laptop that was reasonably priced. The owner never failed to deliver quality service and products, that were affordable and the prices could not be beat!!! I will always check with Pro Techs before anywhere else! Trust me, you will not be disappointed, as I am a customer for life! Affordable, Quick Turnaround...Most times 24 hours or less.....Quality Service and Products..Honest.... Knowledgeable....and Local!

Pro-Techs is the company to choose for your electronic needs. My computer screen died on me in the middle of final exams week. They were the first company I thought to contact because they had fixed my computer before for another issue I was having. Being a college student is hard with little to no income so they were able to work with me and give me a discount. I highly recommend them and will choose them first to service my computer/electronic needs.

My phones screen was not behaving. Its is an older LG model so they had to wait to get the correct digitizer. Since this was > 1 hr wait (it look 4 days for the part to arrive), they offered me a lone phone! They didnt have one on them immediately, so they actually went to the store to pick up a new one and delivered it to my home! Super customer care, very fair pricing and clean job! Will recommend for any phone/laptop repairs!

ProTechs is the best! No longer do I sweat bullets when I have a computer problem, hardware or software. Fast, very reasonably priced, and friendly. *Plus* they sell refurbished computers - I bought laptops for 2 girls I mentor, and they work fine. Exceptional service!!! after my lcd screen on my laptop cracked and I called Dell, got an appraisal for over 210$ and was going to take 2 weeks. I called Protech they were able to get me a new screen for way less then Dell and it only took 24 hours! I would recommend them to anyone who needs big electronic fixes, or just the small things too. very professional

Pro tech is the best. I will never take my IT issues anywhere else. Cleo repaired a lap top that micro center said could not be fixed. He repaired it in a matter of minutes. Cleo repaired an IPhone that AT&T said could not be fixed. Pro Tech are experts at what they do and I am very grateful for their team.

There service and workmanship suck. I took my flat screen in to be serviced. I got it home and it still had the same problem. Took it back and they found nothing wrong with it as they claim. I have to turn it off and on at least 12 times before it will work. 200.00 dollars down the drain....never again!
