Took my laptop to them almost 2 weeks ago with a hinge problem on my laptop. Was told that Id get a call back the next day, and didnt. I called back 4 days later and was told that they were having difficulty finding the parts that needed replacing. Thats fine. Called back 4 days after that, and was told that the guy in charge of looking at my laptop was on vacation and wouldnt be back for several days. Picked my laptop up today. The guy was nice and kept apologizing for the delay, but when I got to the car I noticed that the hinge problem was way worse than when I dropped it off. Now my laptop will not shut at all and the screen is separating , and a part popped off when I sat it in the floor board of my car. Due to the lack of communication and the state my laptop is in now, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Super upset about the situation and will never come back.

I was attempting to replace parts in my computer, specifically, RAM, but didnt do to well. I also needed to upgrade my power supply to support a new video card I was going to add. Anyways, I dropped off my computer and had it back in 2 business days. They were cheap in adding the new parts and only cost me 75 bucks. I was also able to update some information about what I wanted done to the service request via their e-mail, something you wont get with huge companies, namely, Geek Squad. Aaron and Norb are friendly, and you will appreciate their services. Theyre definitely my new go-to computer repair place. Oh, and theyre family owned!
