Messy store, electronics stacked everywhere. Poor communication with me... said would know problems by afternoon day I brought my laptop in, but waiting till 3 days later, I called, they did not call me... the tech said "yes it did power up," but it has XP, "a terrible Windows system," "I can install Windows 7 for $139" I gave permission to this if it would solve my issues?? Tech said will be done on Monday, I didnt hear anything (poor communication), I showed up on Tuesday in shop & was told "mother board," was dead, the tech yelled from back, but guy up front took $40 for their trouble? It was waste of time & money. Do not take your electronics to this shop for "a fix."

THE FIX is a sharp group of people who work fast and expertly to FIX anything-- I have seem them working on computers, cameras, handheld games, iPods etc. The do fast, efficient work and if you need things explained, like I do, they are patient and thorough and use terms I can understand! They went back to improve some issues with my computer that I brought to their attention and have been outstanding. There is absolutely no need to ever get service agreements that will have me traveling to Lexington, Louisville, or even the west end again! Tremendous.

Kimball is awesome. He can repair any computer. Desktops or laptops. Also phone screens. I can always count on The Fix.
