At one time they did a great job getting my laptop in good working order after a virus. Unfortunately, the employee we had before is no longer there and my hard drive recently failed. The two employees who worked on my laptop did not know how to work on a system with a webcam. So that feature of my computer is lost and the whole system came back operating much differently than before. Its like a V8 engine was replaced with a 4 cylinder. Slow and sparse. Most definitely operating on a leap back in time basis. There is a rattling noise under the keyboard and one hinge no longer stays in place. We had to repeatedly return after picking the laptop up because of procedures the employees forgot to do or had no clue how to do. We had good service before but would not recommend now. In hindsight, I regret wasting money and would not have let people who do not know what they are doing tinker with my computer. Will need to take it to someone who knows what they are doing or buy a completely new system. In addition, the companys response to a true and poor review was untrue and unprofessional. My husband was not asked to leave and did not refuse to leave. When told the repair might take just a few hours he asked if he could wait in the lobby because of poor weather and in case they had any questions for him and was told that was fine. The laptop did have to be returned because it still wasnt operating correctly and the employee stated he forgot to install a driver. This was after we had been contacted and told the laptop was ready to be picked up. While the webcam wasnt used by me, it was used by our grandchild to communicate with relatives. An employee told my husband she couldnt figure out how to fix it. The system went to the business password protected and was not when it was returned. Poor hands on service and poor customer service.

This place not only didnt fix my IPhone but also didnt offer a refund for their poor work. They failed to fix my phone after two attempts in which they charge me for both. The third time I took my phone back to them. They kept it for two days then told me that they didnt attempt to fix it and pretty much i was out of luck! So just a heads up to anyone that needs their IPhone fixed probably best to look elsewhere.
