I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in yesterday to get an undercut because I have super thick hair, but Im trying to keep it long since my wedding is in September. I didnt want an undercut that went from ear though, I wanted one that went into a triangle shape towards the center of my head. I showed the lady a picture and she said itd be quick and easy. I wasnt paying much attention to what was going on since my 4 month old was with me, so I was talking to her and the stylist the whole time. When she was done she did exactly what I told her NOT TO DO! Now I have an undercut that cant be fixed because she cut it the completely wrong way! I will never go back to a hair cuttery ever again! If you dont know how to do what Im asking you to do then just own up and say it! The money is so important to them that theyd rather screw someones hair up than send them to someone else or even another stylist within the building.. Ridiculous!

I hate this branch. Theyve messed up my hair each time. One lady asked how short I wanted my bangs after she cut them. Another lady layered my hair and made it too thin looking and I had told her I didnt even want layers to start with...They dont care or listen to the clients of the hair they are butchering. This place has horrible hairstylists. I wish they would close. I never ever would recommend.

One week you can make an appointment the next month you cant. I like to pick one stylist and stick with her. This company makes it impossible to do that. Then the girls all crowd around one desk to check u out with other customers all scrunched up... the owners have no clue evident ally. One time I couldnt get my call through.. they have it if u run a credit card over the phone u cant call in... lol
