I had the opportunity to be serviced by Hair Club in Brentwood, TN and I must say that I am more than pleased. I loved the fact that they are a very private company. My consultation was very informative and the staff were very professional. At first, I had a hard time believing that this was the right solution for me because I had been through so many other treatments that failed. After thinking about it and asking as many questions as I could, I decided to go ahead a try it out. On the day of my procedure, I was more than nervous and in doubt but my stylist encouraged me that I would be completely pleased with the results. I can not express to you all how pleased I am right now. After the procedure was done and I looked at myself in the mirror, I cried because I had been given back something that had been taken away from me so long ago and I was speechless!! It literally gave me back my confidence. I would definitely recommend Hair Club to anyone who is experiencing ANY level of hair loss.

Couldnt be happier with my daughters Hir Club experience. My daughter was diagnosed with leukemia in June. He hair soon fell out due to the chemo. We signed up for a free wig program at the hospital. We got a call to come by for a fitting and had no clue where we were going, just that we had to go to a fitting. We were surprised when we arrived and realized it was Hair Club. We are so thankful that is was. The personal care and professionalism that we recieved made a horrible situation better as we watched our daughter get catered to and receive the treament or a princess. She smiled the whole time and couldnt wait to recieve her new hair peice. She received it and absolutely loves it. I cant say enough about the care she has received. Thank you so much for what you did for our daughter!

I recently spoke with the call center to request very basic information and it was a nightmare! My questions were consistently avoided in order for the representative to gather my information; even after serveral attempts of telling her that I was not yet interested in making an appoitment, I was just wanting to ask questions about the process and different options. After asking my questions four times and having them ignored, I asked to speak with a supervisor and even then I my question was avoided! I understand this is a business and you have to make appointments, but how can you expect to win constomers over if your call center cant explain basic information about the process? Even after speaking with the supervisor, I still didnt have my questions answered. Horrible experience!!!

i have no word for this club ....becouse they playing a game with all clients...and accountant . is a politicle player do not tok with him..hi give u a good pressure about a contract and u signed a contract then u made a problam by self for u and hair club and accountant call u or u go overthere about fix your hair the accountant behind u for ever.......until u not make a payment anyway i m not happy i was charged all most $3000.00 and recived just pressure about money ...........bed exp....live it go somewere alls and save your time and money

everythink about hairclub is crap.i want to hair club to do my hair and find out if there is a way to get my hair back they give me some solution and i said i will do it but i hade a emergency i have to be out of country so i ask for my mony back they would not do the full money back .this company is fraud i would not recommend any one for this hairclube company specially the specialist name Dustin carpenter i would not recommend going to him

I have been with HairClub since they opened in Brentwood, TN. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always received friendly, courteous and professional service from the technicians and staff. My technician is very attentive to what I say and very informative to any questions I may have. I have been with hair club for one year and it has been an excellent experience. The staff is A+ at what they do. I was a little worried when I started the EXT program but it REALLY WORKS and takes very little time to do. I am amazed at the way my hair has grown in only 12 months. I would recommend HC to anyone.

ive been a hair club member since 1995, and i can truly say i have not had a bad experience with the staff, products or locations. hair loss is tough, especially for women. if one of my girlfriends started losing her hair like i did years ago, i wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. theyve been great!

Ive been with the Hair Club in Brentwood since 2004. They do an amazing job of restoring your self esteem and are always professional, private, courteous and caring. Everyone comments on how great my hair looks now. If you need hair treatments, this is the place to go.

Finish my first year, told them to cancel my membership after the end of my contract. They agreed and now after 4 months of the contracts end i noticed that they had continued to charge me. just filed a claim with my credit card company

Great product, but not show how pleased I am with the professionalism. I stopped going because it was super expensive. They agreed to stop billing me and now my account is being charged again. I just dont understand

My son joined Hair Club six months ago, Ive never been happier for him. His stylist "Randy" makes him feel comfortable and has made his overall appearance a ten! I recommend checking into this for everyone!
