I have been here twice, and on both occasions I left with a poor haircut. I figured the first visit might have been a fluke, so I went back... BIG mistake, it wont happen again. During my first haircut, as my hair was being mauled by the "stylist", I could see the manager across the salon, checking out what his employee was doing to my head of hair. It was obviously a BAD haircut and he knew it. He said nothing to me, or his employee, and let me pay and leave without a word. I got home and realized this would have to be fixed. I called the salon and spoke to the manager, who ADMITTED he saw how badly it was cut. If he noticed while I was THERE, why didnt he offer to do something before I left? Point being, much of the staff is either incompetent or indifferent when it comes to customer satisfaction. My return visit was only because I had no time to go elsewhere, and I wont go into detail, but when the "stylist" was done butchering my hair, she just pulled the cover off and that was it. Nevermind asking me "how does it look to you?", or "is there anything youd like me to touch up?". When you walk in, it will take them a few minutes to acknowledge that you are even there, and once they do, they act like theyre doing you a big favor by giving you a (bad) haircut for almost $45. I obviously wont be back and I recommend you look elsewhere.

I have been a client of J.P. (John Paul) for a couple of years now. I have struggled with the curse of fine, thinning hair - not only does a fabulous cut, he has taken the time to demonstrate various products and styling techniques appropriate for my hair type. This evening he prepped me for yet another holiday gathering; I was greeted with many a "Wow! You look GREAT! Who does your hair?" Many thanks to J.P. for the confidence granted me via your skills! It is liberating to walk into both professional and casual situations with confidence, knowing I am armed with a polished look. Additionally, J.P. is a delight. I always leave his chair feeling happier and prettier than when I arrived. He is also available for styling and blowouts - I will be booking him for my upcoming headshots (for social media and my employers website) because I know I will look my best. He is extremely attentive and detail oriented.

QUICK HAIRCUT ?? FORGET ABOUT IT !! If you walk in later than 8:15 pm, youll get turned away without a real explanation and the rudeness to make you think they have all the business they need. They wont be getting mine anymore. I have been to other locations and never had this problem before. Otherwise, haircuts are decent if you arent "The Donald".

While Im actually neutral about the Regis Salon itself - Im a HUGE fan of Barbara who works there. If you want an expert haircut or color, trust your locks to Barbara!! She has been cutting and coloring mine and my husbands for several years now. Ive never found someone so intuitive to my hair needs as Barbara... she totally rocks!!!
