I purchased 2 tires from QL a couple of weeks ago. I got a hole in one of the tires and came in at 8 am Monday morning. At 9:20 they call me up and say its $99! To patch a tire? No, they put a new tire on without EVER asking me! I was late to work (who takes an hour and a half to put a tire on?) so I paid and left. I am furious! I had no money to buy a new tire. The pair I bought was $168 so why was 1 tire $99? When I asked they said, "I dont know." Really? Lousy service all the way around!

We had Quick Lane replace the fuel pump in our 2005 Ford Focus. They left the heat shield between the exhaust pipe and fuel tank completely loose and just hanging. It made all kinds of noise vibrating against the floor of the car. They forgot to put the rubber gasket back around the top of gas filler tube, leaving a huge gap between the tube and car frame. I do not expect shoddy work from a dealer and would never take another vehicle to them!

Had the oil changed on my 2015 kia soul there. Kept getting oil spots under car. Had rechecked. They left drain plug loose and over filled the oil. called and complained didnt even act like they cared.
