Bent two rims, busted two tires on a pot hole at 5:30 AM on a Friday. I contacted all the tire shops with in 50 mile radius and none of them would help me until the following Monday, because I had over sized after market tires. The 31 Auto Group, not only provided me a tow, but went the extra mile and found the tires to fit my rims, clear in Indianapolis. They dedicated a mechanic to go and pick up my tires and installed them all in the same day. It was a lifesaver. Since then I have had them diagnose and correct other mechanical issues, as well as my sound system. If they cannot do the work their self they will help find someone to. And to beat it all, their prices on my tires where cheaper then I found online.

Blew a brake line on the way from Michigan to Florida with the family. Stopped into a garage right off the highway, they told us they would get us right in; 2 1/2 later we still were not getting help. Found the Thirty One Auto G roup on an online search,. They were very accommodating and we were on the road very quickly. Probably saved about half of what we would have paid! Great group of guys. Thank you!

31 auto group is my go to shop for oil changes, basic mechanical work and anything us that comes up. If they can not fix it, they will refer you to someone who can. They dont try to sell you air filters or anything else like the chain oil change shops. No complaints here will gladly return and recommend to everyone.

Our car broke down ten minutes before thirty one auto closed and they still cared and took the initiative to send out a mechanic to help us. Aaron, the mechanic, was very helpful and fixed our car within 10 minutes. I highly recommend these guys and am very thankful for thirty one auto group.

These guys come and towed me back to their shop real late last night and got me back on the road the next morning.. Tow truck driver (Brandon) for the shop was nice enough to take me to a hotel and make sure I was good to go and offered to pick me up the next morning.. Good People!

Broke down side of road with 4 kids in tow from Alabama, and the awesome staff stayed opened until we got towed in, fixed our car, and got us back on the road within hour, at most. IF ever in Indiana and need a shop this is the place. Thank you!!!!!
