Absolutely LOVE Brad Howell & his staff! Andy & Brad both stayed after business hours (since I couldnt get off work in time) to help me buy a new Fusion. They didnt try to rush me off, answered all my questions & told me they wanted to keep my car until the next day so they could detail it before I picked it up! When I went to get it the next day, Baxter actually sat in the car with me for probably a half hour & explained every button & feature it had. Their service department is pretty great too, the guys are very knowledgeable, helpful & polite when answering questions over the phone or when scheduling my oil changes. Cant say enough good things about this dealership!

I had been having trouble with another dealership transferring an extended service contract into my name. I called up Andy Redman from Brad Howell Ford. He was helpful, polite and respectful. He transferred the contract for me with no problems. It was such a breath of fresh air to have someone take time out of their day to extend some courtesy. I will gladly return as a customer for service and to purchase my next vehichle at this dealership.

Great place to buy either new or used vehicles. Smooth quick transaction, paperwork was ready fast, and the truck was flawless! Service after the sale has been flawless, professionally handled, prices very competitive with other shops, wait time is usually minimal, and of coarse its done right the first time! If asked where to purchase or to repair a Ford its always going to be recommended by me to see Brad Howell Ford!

The salesman didnt want to be bothered with me. If thats the case it would have been better if he didnt even come out. I WAS willing to drop $60,000+ on a new high end truck there but with dealerships in every other town I will be more than happy to go elsewhere. What ever happened to customer service! They dont have any that was more than evident!
