My experience isnt with the dealership portion of Smith County Motors, but with their service department. I continuously got the feeling I was being jerked around, so to speak, for several severe delays on repairs. One or two were acceptable and plausible, such as a Christmas vacation, and I understand that; but it simply does not take three weeks to even begin working on a vehicle. Even a simple diagnostics sheet is too much to ask. Overall, a 1.5/5. Do not take your car here to be repaired, even if you bought it there.

I take my cars here for oil changes every time they are due. Jeffrey is great to work with and always very helpful. Plus the price is good. I like that I can drop my car off the night before, and its ready the next day.
