Im not sure what Crypto Christian could complain about. It sounds like he should be thankful that they even spent 2 hours trying to find him, when the whole time he didnt even know where he was. Im glad he was able to get home that day. However I would never leave home without checking my fuel gage. You should thank anyone involved trying to find you when you were at the mercy of others. Im not only very satisfied with all of their services from repairs, service and yes,even towing. I found them to be very accommodating to my needs and schedule. Sorry for your plight Mr. Crypto Christian but I think that you need to be thankful more often and less judgemental. Thank You Hampton Towing...alot of us appreciate you.

if I could give minus stars I would with this company.. first off I waited by the road for 4 hours and they could not find me . the next towing company sent drove right to me. So it wasnt my directions. when I got frustrated in a 3 way call with the driver and AAA and said this is ridiculous. the driver told me to f off!! but thats not the worst part they called me the next morning to tell me I must be the dumbest guy in the world to run out of gas , and told me they were going to come out to where Im at to kick my A$$ .. I would be worried but this company is so incompetent they could never find me .. they couldnt the first time .. I wish this was a joke .. its not

Awesome service very polite and understanding. They go above and beyond for me. Mr. Crypto what kind of person goes out in the woods (Im guessing deer hunting) and doesnt make sure they have enough fuel?? Lol You should be greatful their driver even bothered to find u let alone for over 2 hrs. Instead of blaming AAA or Hamptons driver you should blame yourself. And if they did call you a idiot (which I highly dought) its true you are a idiot who in their right mind doesnt make sure they have enough gas before driving out to no where.

I cant believe these crooks! Charging $40 a day for a vehicle that was involved in an accident to be stored at their yard. After only two days, my total bill was $350! Outrageous! To top it off, every time that I have any communications with their employees, they are very rude to me. I will never knowingly use this towing company again!!

Here is a company that said they would not come out to help. What are they in the towing business for if they wont give roadside assistance. Will never recommend or use this company. Never heard of a service company that would not help. They have a negative rating in my opinion. Steer clear of them

Impeccable service! Everyone was great had my car towed in February on i65 my water pump went out. They towed me back to town an fixed my truck! Couldnt be more thankful!
