Havent been back since late 2014. Are you a woman? Well then, Up sell, up sell, up sell. Walked in and was immediate treated like a fool. Needed a new serpentine belt. (I knew this as fact as I grew up with 2 mechanic uncles) The decided to hold my car for 2 days and then when I arrived to sign off for services I was told that they were "needing to replace my head gaskets and that my transmission was done for, not to mention that my axle was bending" which "needed fixing" and it would be a $2000+ cost because Id have to do this and that and the other. They wouldnt take my no for an answer so what did I have to do? Call my dad. Their tone changed quite a bit when talking to him. Even more so after he walked out to my car and popped the hood himself and and for them to show him any damages that they were describing. Suddenly, the guy that diagnosed the car was "off that day" and theyd have to wait to ask him but we were free to take the car at our own risk. Considering I owned it, yeah I know we were! Took it to Timmys auto in Brandenburg. It needed a serpentine belt and some antifreeze. Hmmmmm...

DO NOT go to this shop. Inept does not even begin to describe their ability! Took a set of wheels in for them to swap 4 tires from another set into them after calling ahead to make sure they could handle the job. It took 2.5 hours, they chipped the powder coating on one rim, argued and cursed at us for explaining how the wheels needed to be remounted correctly, broke 1 wheel stud, stretched a handful of others. It took 2.5 hours and 5 techs to accomplish this feat. In the end they did not charge, it will end up costing us several hundred dollars and our personal time to repair the damage they did, not to mention we will never get the time we wasted back!

Michel Tires on Dixie is, in my opinion, practicing bad business. I dont think its legitimate to charge you for a new warranty, when they replace a tire under warranty. The tire was only 2 months old. They said it had a nail in the sidewall, which couldnt be fixed. Although, when my husband had examined the tire, he could not find any damage to it. But since the tire couldnt be repaired, they had to replace it. And according to them the new tire would not be covered under the existing warranty. Does that make sense? Anytime I have had a product replaced under warranty, the warranty continued on the new product.

worse place ever always go to another example they gave me a price of almost 800$ called tires plus in middletown same tires and all that 450 ish. they charged me 900 for ball joint on my truck ken towery across the street wanted 700 they still to this day refuse to price match. no im doing a claim do to them leaving my windows down during a huge rain storm and proceeded to lie and say no water was in the car i filled a 5 gallon shop vac worth of water out of the seats and floors and the car that was messed up is my car audio car they caused over 5k in damage 1 amp cost me 2600$ the american bass 1100.1 dont go

Horrible! Will never do business there again! Took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Left with a list worth $1400 of things needing done, one of which was new tires. Never mind my tires are only a year old with no problems whatsoever! Next they did not rotate my tires like I specifically asked for. I know this because my husband checked them the next day when looking at the list things they said was wrong. Dont say your doing something I specifically ask for then not do it! Not how you get business, which you will not get anymore of mine in the future.

Brought my vehicle in to have an oil leak corrected and instead had $4,000 worth of my belongings stolen from my trunk. Their claims department did nothing to help other than "speak with the store employees, etc." What a shock! No one confessed to the crime! So unless you need your trunk cleaned out or just prefer thieving mechanics, I wouldnt trust this business with anything more valuable than a Hot Wheel. ($1)
