Charlie saved a long expensive trip for us all the way back to Virginia by taking the time to help us. Our road trip to meet our pen pals was a blast and my birthday party was saved thanks to him. The car made it from Virginia to Carthage, Charlie fixed us up and then it was onto Texas and back without a problem. Awesome owner, awesome service. If your car is ever giving you trouble through Carthage, definitely give Smith County Auto Repair a chance. Thanks a bunch man!

We were traveling long distance along I-40 with our four small children when we started to have trouble with our van. Smith Co Auto Repair was the closest full-service mechanic shop on the google map, so we limped our way over. Charlie stopped what he was doing and diagnosed our problem. About an hour later we were back on the road good as new. Thanks, Charlie, for great service. I told our kids you were our hero today.
