5 stars for the oil change, subtracting two for trying to oversell me on further parts and service by using misleading information. I went in for an oil change on 7/31/14 and they honored a coupon covering up to 5 quarts of full synthetic (plus vehicle courtesy check) for only $23. The price was excellent and the staff was friendly. That was top-notch. On the other hand: I got a call about 20 minutes before the oil change was finished that, during the courtesy check, they had found that my brakes were wearing "dangerously thin" and that I had "maybe a thousand, maybe a few hundred" miles left on them. They recommended that I let them replace both front pads and rotors, and the total bill ended up being just shy of $300. To their credit, when I said that I wanted to hold off on those repairs for now, Jeremiah wasnt pushy about it and let it stand as a quote for recommended repairs. I had a friend of mine take a look at my brakes and he said that my rotors were in perfect shape and had no need of being replaced. We did replace my pads on both front wheels (total cost: $67.50 plus a pizza for his kindness), and he told me that I probably really had closer to 15-20,000 miles left on them (NOT "a few hundred"), and when we measured them, they had between 4.5 and 5mm left on them (NOT 3mm, as reported by the shop). It wasnt *blatantly* dishonest, but it was stretching the truth enough to warrant writing this. I can understand a vehicle shop wanting to err on the side of caution, but come on: a customer at least deserves accurate information being given to them.

I just had two tires replaced today. I did some online looking. Everywhere was about the same for what I wanted. This place was close. I got there, and Jeremy met me at the counter. Very fast, very friendly, walked outside looked at the tires with me - and I was VERY happy that when another customer rudely walked up and tried to just jump in while he was working with me that he didnt allow it - he wasnt rude, but he didnt ignore me and start helping her (which Ive had happen before). He finished with me, but at the same time had someone else help the other lady, so he didnt ignore her either. He went down the list of what they had, and accepted that I just wanted two front tires - looked at the others, and didnt try to tell me I needed more - agreed my other two were fine. They got my car in right away, changed the tires. I sat and watched an episode of SVU on the tv in their lobby - and they were done (not the whole episode - didnt get to see the ending). lol. These guys did a great job! Very pleased with the work, tires, and the people working there.

Fantastic guys and gals in there with affordable prices and honest customer service! When they couldnt fix part of my old jeep they recommended and even gave is the info to give to the Firestone up the street on 146th to have the major work done. I will continue to come here for their amazing and considerate customer care with all of my routine maintenance and go to the Firestone on 146th for all my major work! Go to these guys theyll take care of you for reasonable prices!

Had all four tires replaced on my car. Staff was not the friendliest of people, but I think that just goes with the nature of the job being performed. It takes a while for tires to be put on and most customers become impatient because of this. I liked the people that helped me, and they made sure to safely install my tires. Tires are balanced well. Wheels didnt get scuffed. Satisfied. Theres a lot of mark up on tires, so do your homework.

Was completely ignored by the "professionals" at the front desks on three different occasions. Basic customer service is not one of their training criteria. They are rude and takes forever for service. With so many superior options in Noblesville, let these bums go out of business.

Had them install 4 new tires for me. Great tires which is why I am not giving them one star however the up selling for further products such as brake fluid chemical balance set me off from using them again.
