I called to make sure I could use the $19.95 oil change coupon printed from the internet. They said I could - but that they were booked for the day. The man on the phone told me he had an 11:30 and 1:30 opening for Saturday. I made the appointment and waited until Saturday. When I brought my car in, I was told that they did not accept appointments on Saturday. I was unable to have my oil change done - and I wasted a lot of time. POOR customer service! I do not recommend this location or business.

This shop endangered my life. I took my truck there to get a diagnostic on an issue I had. I didn’t get the work done there because I like to price check before I take a mechanic for their word. I took my car to another mechanic and discovered they did not put my spark plug back in. The car wasnt running the same after I took it to them. I feel like they intentionally tried to make the problem worse so that I would go with their over inflated price.

They do not give you a straight forward answer of how much the brake job will cost. I talked to Paul and tried to get a brake down of the cost to repair the brakes I had warrentied on my vehicle and the price was different each time. First he told me $480 then it was $395 and finally it was $348. He couldnt breakdown what the labor charge was. Meineke is a big scam. Take your vehicle to a reputable brake person.

BUNCH of thieves ....They will RIP OFF ou off BIG TIME , Plus their work is CRAPPY....Took My car there to get lowered and they intially charged 300 bucks and they took it in and after 2 hours they called me telling me that it will cost $$$884.00 plus tax. I took my car to MIDAS on 116TH street in FISHERS and i Paid $271.00 for same JOB ....BETTER WORK, BETTER QUALITY AND NICER PEOPLE .

I have been coming here for a couple of years my brother sent me over here. They are helpful and thorough. I always call my brother when Im going to have something done he talks to Tom the manager and I have always been happy with my car. And my brother helps me out. Thanks guys.

Mike and Jeremy are there now instead of jim and james they are way more proffesional than jim and james they always tell me what i need at a good price and also tell me what is good about my car i would tell everyone to go to Meineke in castleton and their work is very good

I took my car to get the brakes bleed and its taken three days and I still dont have my car back. They over charge lazy fat bearded dudes would rather BS than actually work. I know im going to pay over 150 just to get my brakes bleed. For a 7 hour brake job

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! It took them over two hours just to change my oil AND I had made an appointment! I also paid for the more expensive oil change which included topping off my fluids and they didnt! AVOID THIS PLACE!
