My Experience at the infamous Beans Diesel... They are expensive.. but that was to be expected, I was informed of that prior to going there "They are worth it" they said. The work was performed as expected. But why the one star you ask? When I got in my truck back from them the engine was really hard turning over, I asked them about it and they said that the battery had died while they were working on the truck and that they got it charged enough to get it started, and I believed them. About two months later and still being hard to start I went and bought two new batteries, the truck started turning over a little bit better but still seemed slow. 2 weeks later my starter went out.. which i thought was weird because I had bought a brand new (not rebuild) starter for the truck less than a year ago. I still had the warranty on the starter so I take it down to NAPA and it was NOT the same starter, the starter I had in my truck was a Chinese rebuild that was rusty as hell. NAPA wouldnt accept the starter saying that its not one of theirs. I thought to myself, hmm it was starting fine until getting it back from Beans... then it started extremely slow. So after I spend over $4,000.00 with them, they decided to steal my starter as well and swapped it with a piece of trash they had laying around. This happened well over two years ago, and I still have such a bitter taste in my mouth for these guys I finally decided to write this review. It is hard to believe that you give someone business, trust them with your truck, and then they steal from you. If my truck was broke down on the side of the road next to Beans, I would have it towed 300 miles before taking it to them again. Hope this helps.

Ordered a part and was told theyre on back order for 2-3 weeks. No big deal I thought... Well that gave me more time to research and find another product. Over two weeks I sent two emails, received no response, and called twice, and was told the cancellation would be taken care of. Well, today I receive a tracking confirmation and thanks for your bidness email. Call em up and get voicemail. Call back and finally get someone that says theyll talk to billing, which is one guy, to get it fixed. Still waiting on cancellation confirmation. Really frustrating. Now Im probably gonna have to ship this thing back to them. I suspect if I left an email/voicemail indicating I wanted to buy something I would be contacted in a heartbeat. Edit: Same day, few hours later, gave em another star - 1 to 2 No phone call to discuss, but I did receive an email describing my refund. Looks like I wont have to send the product back. In my opinion, it should never come this far with any company. The first email weeks ago should have solved the issue, and the first phone call damn well should have but didnt. Still disappointed, and maybe this is just a mishap because theyre busy, short staffed, or whatever.

Be very careful when you order from these guys. Their website shows you one thing but they ship a lesser value product and then theyll stick you with a 15% restocking fee. Nice scam boys
