DONT GO HERE. I went to this walmart simply wanting a headlight change and a oil change. The first time I went I told the young man and the older lady in the front that I had the bulb the the glove compartment. I walked around walmart and got a call a hour later that my car was ready. As I drove off with my car the headlight looked like it still wasnt changed and my car was making a NEW noise. Just to make sure I was right, I got home and turned my lights on and they were still out. I called walmart & it took them a hour ( full of rude people answering the phone ) to get a manager. The auto mangager is VERY unprofessional, he argued with me over the phone about how he knows he did it right.. I ended up driving back up there to show him & nothing was done BUT it gets better.. When I got home I FOUND my light bulb that I brought still in the glove department in the box. I called walmart again & then the manager explained to me that he charged my car for a light bulb they had without asking me?!? I was furious. I asked him for someones number above him and he said 1-800-WALMART !! And hung up, the next day I called back and actually talked to someone high than him lol and got a free gift card & the right lightbulb put in and some of my money back.. BUT guess what? The light bulb he fixed... Well now ALL of them on the same light bulb is out. Moral of story: Dont go to walmart.. They arent trained professionals.

They get 1 star because there wasnt an option to give 0. Ordered tires online from site to store pickup. The tires were supposed to be ready 3-4 days ago for pickup. The store has had them but they cant seem to process the order (which has now taken longer to "process" thank to actually ship). I. Called. Them. To tell them I would be in to get my tires since I could see from the tracking info theyve had them a few days now. They told me they werent there yet. (Really? Lying?) I told them the tires WERE there because I got a shipping confirmation the other day. They said I could not pick them up until I got an email from them saying they were ready.... THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE READY BY 2-3 DAYS AGO AT THE VERY LEAST. This is a waste of time. I was hesitant to order from Walmart and now I wish I wouldnt have. It would have been worth a little extra money to get the tires from somewhere else. They wont be getting any more of my business.

They do not take back bad batteries. The battery died after 3 months. Had it tested at a 3rd party and it fails a load test. Walmart refuses to do a load test and say the battery is fine. They will not replace it or give a refund honoring the warranty! Now they have the battery, but cannot find it. What a rip off! Good luck doing business with this place.

A 3 hour wait for a new battery? No thanks. Good thing pep boys is right next door.
