Con artists - STAY AWAY!!!!! Went to have brake pads, rotors and oil change done. Paid for services after 6 hours of "work" and left. I went to get my tires replaced at another service center and I inspected the brakes and rotors while on the lift there. Only one set of brake pads were replaced, and only 2 rotors were replaced. The old brake pads scratched one of the new rotors as well. I went back to Meineke and spoke with Scott, the manager. Scott was confrontational when I calmly stated I was unhappy with the fact that I was sold a service that was not complete. They put it on the lift and removed the tires to verify. Scott initially offered no compensation and when I said I wanted the pads installed and be reimbursed for the labor or material as as compensation. He said thats not gonna happen. He then told me I could either have the brake pads installed now without any compensation or I can have the car towed away from the shop without being refunded. He tried to excuse the incident by saying they had a hard time removing the caliper. I said if they couldnt complete the job, they shouldnt have charged me. He tried blaming other shop personnel for the failure. And he said if I want to argue then I should argue with the mechanic. I told him Im not raising my voice or acting in a threatening or insulting manner. I am stating facts. He then calmed down. And said he will replace the pads and deal with the compensation in the office. I went back in for 20 min, then came back out to the shop after I heard them calling in for parts. They broke the caliper while removing it, and said they will over night the part and have it installed by the next day. I also had to argue for a replacement rotor that was damaged by the old pad and never got any re-reimbursement. Also, they never lubed up the calipers, so there was a constant loud screech. I had to take it to another Meineke to have the work completed correctly. These people are criminals and run a crooked shop. They have no remorse when caught and insult their customers intelligence. Any good reviews here are fluff from them.

I have been bringing both of our family cars to this Meineke for over a year. Scott (owner) is knowledgeable, personable, and cares about every client who walks through the door. Hes gone out of his way to help my wife and me. Zach (manager) is awesome, and approaches everything with the mentality of "what would I do if I were you." Hes honest, doesnt try to up sell, and cares that we leave satisfied. Derek (new manager) has only been there a few weeks, but seems to be a great addition. I have lived in the Indy area for 10 years. I never found an auto repair shop that I could fully trust until I started coming to Meineke. Several dealership service teams Ive been to also provide good service, but those places are zoos and the service teams often forget your face/name. The guys at Meineke dont. My wife even (somewhat) enjoys bringing her car in - that once seemed impossible!!

AVOID THE PLACE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR !!!!! We have gone to this location for 4 years. Then it was under new management we had some work done on both of our cars. The first time a brought it in they said i needed $400 in work done. So i paid it. 2 weeks later the problem came back they told me that oh that must have not been the problem. so then i paid another $300. and my car came back even worse. I never brought my care back there. My husband car had his wheel barring replaced and was told to get the other side fix asap. So he did. After that his tire was going flat and the wheel barring that was replace 14 months earlier was bad again. They would not work with us to get that fixed. We have a new place we go. BOBs GARAGE in westfield. they are cheaper then Meineke. DONT GO TO MEINEKE!!!!!

AWFUL SERVICE! I cant speak to the quality of their every day mechanical work at this location, but if something does go wrong you can expect them to hide behind every technicality and loop hole they can find in order to keep your money. Zack called about a complaint I had with my services, which Im assuming is only because he is obligated to do so by their corporate office. He blamed everything on me for not taking my car in for a THIRD TIME to fix the same issue. This is after I received a wrong/faulty part and had taken time off work and went without a car for a number of days. I took my car to another mechanic and because I did so they refused any type of refund, EVEN FOR THE PART THAT THEY INCORRECTLY INSTALLED.

Great shop. Ive taken more than one vehicle there many times, and theyre always up front with what prices will be and theyre always very quick. I usually pick up the vehicle the next day. The one time I had an issue was when I took the vehicle in to have a leak fixed... they replaced a bad brake booster. The leak stopped (and brakes were much better -- booster was clearly needed) but a few weeks later I noticed a leak from a similar spot. I took it to them and they not only found the new problem and fixed it the same day for FREE, they even called to check up on me a week later. I drive 10 miles just to use these guys. Theyre the best.

The service I received at Meineke was excellent today. I went in with a squeak coming from my brakes and the manager and tech were very patient and drove my car to see exactly where the noise was coming from and upon inspection determined that I needed new brake pads and rotor in the front and brake pads in the back. They explained the process and costs upfront and did not try to sell me things I did not need. The prices were listed on a sign board at the front of the store for everyone to see and know that there were no "hidden" charges. I would take my vehicle to them again if I had any brake problems. I do not write this review from just one experience, but rather, from multiple experiences. I have been searching for years for a local shop that I trust with my vehicles. Meineke in Noblesville is the place I have been searching for! Zach and his team get it done, time after time. They are a proven team and I commend them to anyone I know. They always do what is best for YOU! They are so much more than just oil changes, brakes and tires. They are a professional and personal shop that I take my vehicles to for any issues and trust them and their suggestions.

I feel like I have bounced around vehicle repair shops for years and finally found a home with this Meineke location. I have been extremely happy with their service whether its a routine oil change or a repair. The owner and staff are very genuine and knowledgeable. They never try to sell something that you dont need and answer all of your questions while listening to your concerns about any repair or part that they do suggest. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.
