Insolent Wench

Todd is about the rudest human being I have ever encountered. Had me wait nearly 2 hours after preset appointment time on a Friday to tell me he "couldnt get to me", that he didnt have time, and wanted me to return on Monday, yet was unsure what time I was to return. When I did return, I stood in the bay door entrance for 10 minutes unacknowledged while he and his buddies talked about the "tail" he had gotten over the weekend. When I politely stated "excuse me." to catch the attention of the men (having said conversation degrading a female with very explicit details).... He turned toward me, gave me an expression as if I overstepped my boundaries interrupting men, flung his pointer finger up at me as to Shoosh me. Then continued with the rather nasty conversation. My husband does not even communicate to me in such a belittling manner. When calling other tire companies I expressed my displeasure with Todds behavior and the gentlemen (3 local shops) were appalled and stated "yeah hes known for being a jerk". In fact, the shop that I chose, the gentleman actually appologized for Todds behavior on behalf of "all men who arent male chauvinist pigs" and gave me a 15% discount. Its truly pathetic when so many people have complained that it is verbally validated when you seek service elsewhere.

Purchase all my gas there unless I am out of town. Great service always. Todd does all the work on my vehicle. Always does a great job and is a good guy. Always honest with me. I wouldnt have anyone else work on my car. Someone stated he was rude on here in their comment. I have never seen him be rude to anyone. Perhaps the only person that stated something negative should take a look in the mirror. I find their accusation rude. When working on cars everyone knows that sometimes unexpected things come up that wasnt expected and causes delays. Doesnt happen often, but happens in most things. Working something out is what we do as adults. Geez, not like you were stranded without a vehicle. I think he is a good person, and have never been disappointed with his work.

Great gasoline in all grades along with.Friendly, Curtious Service and full service needs. The Only Gas Station I go to,.with the exception of Sunday and then I try to not drive until theyre open again on Monday!!!!! PURE D & D Gasoline, The Best!!!!!!
