Terrible, terrible product and even worse customer service. Product was delivered 3 months behind schedule and in terrible condition. We spent $20k on cabinetry for TV room and dining room. Huge beads of glue on EVERY joint - these are all visible joints, nails coming through cabinets, uneven surface finishes, uneven paint with some places unpainted, internal product "tattoos" were placed on visible outside surfaces and cabinets were not cut to specification, so adjustable shelving could not be made to fit. Cabinets were begrudgingly remade by the company - after much negotiation with sales reps and then delivered (after another substantial wait time) with worse issues than the first time - cracked surfaces, cabinet backing not fully attached to cabinets, etc. Company WILL NOT honor their quality guaranty, and WILL NOT return our money and we have unacceptable cabinetry to show for it. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRUMSTANCES MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER WITH HAAS.

Absolute horrible experience. Over 60% of cabinets came damaged, heavy drip marks, chipped paint and dirt/ debris in paint. We were without a kitchen for over a month because of their negligence. Even when the new cabinets were shipped half of those ones were still damaged and the cabinet installers had to make repairs to my $10,000 cabinets just so we could finally get our kitchen put together and not have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks. Lots of grit and dirt in paint as well as drips again in second set. Clear coat is not even either. Some areas are shiny while other areas are dull. Raw wood exposed on some edging. And this was not their base line. This was with solid wood doors. I had 11 cabinets total and probably the worlds smallest kitchen and paid $10,000 for some garbage cabinets!

I paid over $19,000 for Haas Cabinets via the HOBO store in Oaklawn, IL in October 2015 - thats two months ago. I clearly stated that I wanted my kitchen remodeled before Christmas. Today is December 14th. No cabinets! Whomever said Haas customer service is bad, woefully understated it. I called Denise, the head of Haas customer service, who told me their policy was to have cabinet orders delivered the fifth week after the order is submitted. But heres the truth - my order is scheduled to be delivered January 8, 2016, and the Haas factory is closing down for the entire Christmas week!! There are three more days left in this week, and then Im screwed! I have called everyone, including Todd Haas, himself. Todd wont take my calls. At this point, Im at a loss for anything but cuss words!

Very disappointing quality for a semi-custom cabinet. My kitchen cabinets came in with damage to about 50% of the doors and 10% of the boxes. Some doors were not repairable and had to be replaced. Others were repaired on site by a contractor. Given they are painted white wood, I believe they will never be right. Further, in order to get the repairs, I needed to endure the "manufacturers rep" who came was unprofessional to say the least. The reseller of the cabinets tried to cite fine print in the agreement that if a repair attempt was made, I would loose any further recourse. For these reasons, I would not recommend Haas.

We sell Haas Cabinetry. Seeing the quality as we installed the cabinets in our showroom makes us very pleased with the product. We also handle installation of the cabinets our customers purchase from us and havent had any issues. I deal with customer service often when I have design questions and they are very helpful and professional. Understsnd that some of the bad reviews may not be a Haas issue, but rather a dealer issue. Having a good rapport with your dealer and not going through a buyers outlet are two things I highly recommend.

The company gave three different delivery dates causing us to be without a cooktop for 2 1/2 months. The order was wrong, a footboard panel in the island was not stained and they did not provide enough shelf hardware. They never expressed concern or acknowledged their shortcomings. Unless you are only interested in a low cost cabinet, steer clear.

Made contact with Customer Service about persistent drawer parts failure. New parts, made by a new manufacturer, on their way to me as I write this. No extra charge. These cabinets are over twenty years old. Thats some GOOD customer service!
