I think the last ladys experience give a bit of an unbalanced view of the company. I recently spent well over $4000 on a counter top through Lowes with this company. When I saw the one negative review, I was very nervous. But I have to say my experience was very positive. The company doesnt deserve the single negative review. From the several times I called them, Ben was busy on the phone with other customers. I may have spoke to him 2 or three times throughout the process. I had called back several other times with product questions, delivery date, etc. When they couldnt put me through directly to Ben, they got me someone who could answer my questions. I might have spoken to three or four different people on the phone in total. All very nice and helpful. Ben was a very delightful person to speak with, happy to talk to customers and never made me feel like I was being talked down to. In fact the installers said Ben calls every costumer 15 minutes after the installation was done to make sure we were pleased with the product. Sure enough, Ben called me. Two young guys installed the counter top for me and did a great job. I had questions for them and surprisingly they were able to answer them all well. They really seemed to know their products despite their young age and shared their experience with regards to the maintenance of it. I did find that the counter did have a scratch on it after the installation was done. But unnoticeable unless you are looking for it, and it will probably buff out just fine anyways. Its pretty easy to scratch them to begin with. I scratched it pretty good myself when I was installing our upper cabinets. But I just rubbed it good with my hand and a rag and it was much less noticeable then.

I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received. We ordered our countertop through Lowes and were told that they had 30 days to install them. We paid for our granite on August 21. August 21st the workers came to measure for the granite. At that point we were told that it was 30 days from the template being made not 30 days from the purchase. Our granite arrived and we approved it at 8:30 am on September 19th. We were told that we would have a phone call scheduling us for the next week by the end of that week "and it would still be within the 30 days". No one called. We called on Monday, September 26 and were told the scheduler would call us back. We were told, again, that installations were made within 30 days and we were still within that window. No one called back. I called again today September 28th and FINALLY had a call back from the scheduler. He informed us that there was no 30 day guarantee and had "never heard of it". He blamed all of the people that we had talked to previously for giving us bad information and for not giving him the messages that we had called. The earliest that he was willing to schedule us was October 4. We scheduled our move into our house based on the timeline they gave us and I am now living in a house without a usable kitchen with my premature twins and having to wash dishes and bottles in the BATHROOM SINK. I hope to be able to edit my review after Tuesday but based on their past response, Im not counting on it.

Run VERY VERY VERY fast! in the opposite direction! If i could give this place no stars i would! BEN the assist. "manager" Is HORRIBLE!!!! does not return phone calls, EVER! they get their money and dissapear! i used them through the lowes in hendersonville and regret every min. of my decision. lowes has attempted to make the situation right and in the end refunded me a few hundred bucks. i had a flaw in my granite and it has taken about 5 months to get it resolved mostly due to the fact that cabinet express wont return phone calls. after 3 attempts they did the best they could do to repair the area on the counter and ben said hed mail me a warranty for the spot. have i seen a warranty?? NOPE! have i called him 4 times? YEP! and i have also called the Owner, Rocky, who believe it or not- ALSO WONT RETURN MY CALLS! what kind of low life, loser owner treats their customers this way????! ill tell you- the kind who take your money and run and care nothing about their service! do yourself a HUGE favor and never use this company! i have a friend who also used them and had the same run around and issues! they have a crack in their granite caused by installation and cabinet express said "sorry, nothing we can do about it"...lowes need to find themselves a new company. because for the $3000 i spent- id expect better service.. i can only hope they go out of business so ROCKY can suffer like the rest of us.

If you are looking for an express job then ironically, dont call Cabinet Express. Our kitchen was ordered at the end of October, but the job was not completed till the last week of April. I can say though the kitchen isnt perfect, it is beautiful, and the girls who work there are nice, but we had to stay on them to even get the job done. Fortunately, they did not bail on us; they kept ordering parts and coming to work on it, but we were never felt that we were put at the top of their priority list.

The two installers, Ryan and Clem were very dedicated to getting the job done and stayed late and worked on a weekend. They went over and beyond to insure that we received our beautiful quartz counter tops when we expected them. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job.

cabinet express had the best price and the best quality. the installers were very considerate, knowledgeable, and clean..i talked to ben anytime i had questions and got the answers i needed. i recommend them to anyone and everyone that plans to get countertops!
