Overall I would say that this company has great materials pricing. I got great prices on high quality tile, bathroom cabinets, and bathroom countertop. They did a great job helping me put the crude design I had in my head into a complete design by guiding me through the options within my budget. The service after I had picked out all of my materials left a lot to be desired. As someone who was working they did not schedule things well enough in advance to allow me to make plans to be home or have someone be there when they wanted to come do an installation. I was constantly having to pimp them on when they were coming out to do each step of my install. The only thing this company does itself is countertop production and install. They contract out all other work. So because the people at artistic were not very organized it was difficult to coordinate the cabinet installer, their countertop measuring guy, the plumber and their countertop installation people. It made the process stressful because they were not organized and most of their work was contracted out. Also the back splash installation on my bathroom vanity was done very sloppy with gaps between the stone. I had to have them come back out 2 times because the first time they just filled the gaps with clear caulk, which of course did nothing for the appearance of the gap. The second time they put in colored caulk but even that was done sloppy and I had to wipe off the excess myself. So overall I would say artistic is a great place to buy your materials and to have someone help you design your space, but I do not recommend having them do any of the installation.

Artistic Stone Works just installed beautiful new countertops in our kitchen. We were so pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to service we received during and after the installation. The new owners have instilled a real spirit of customer service which was obvious in our interactions with craftsmen at each phase of the project. We found a great selection of granite, quartz and marble at competitive prices. If you are considering updating your kitchen, you should check them out.

Avoid artistic stoneworks inc. They did a poor job on my countertops, and did not care if I was satisfied.
