I found that with my interaction with them that honesty is not their policy. When I purchased my tires I purchased the road hazard warranty. My tire went flat and was tore by the rim. When I took it into Five Seasons Tire Randy Good, told me that "Kelly Tire" would not honor it because it was neglect on my part for not getting it repaired sooner. I called Kelly Tire and they told me that their warranty does not cover road hazard and if I purchased road hazard it should be covered under that. I called Randy Good and told him he what Kelly Tire said and he offered to go half of the cost of the tire. I agreed, but he wanted me to drive back because the purchase was on a credit card. I called Sears and gave them the scenario and they said that it would be totally covered under Road Hazard. I called Randy Good back and he told me I would need to talk to the owner Jack Flatt who was gone for the day. I asked him to call me back and never got a call back. Randy Good was dishonest and when I called him on it he still wanted to get half of the cost which does not appear to be customary. I want my money back $125.19. I have the conversations recorded, which under Iowa law can be used in court if it needs to go that far. I am not employed right now and have plenty of time to go to court if needed.

The Reason Five Seasons Tire is higher priced then Sears is because your getting quality products a Cooper Road handler is not the same as a Cooper Cs4 and sure shop at the big box stores if you want me I prefer professional installation for tires not some kid who just worked in the Toy department last week and now he is a tire tech and if I have to pay a little more to get in and out in 30 min or less I will.Talk to the many customers who have went to Wal-mart and sat for 2 hours only to find they didnt have the tires in stock, Road hazzard by the way is free you dont pay for Road Hazzard it comes with the Tires they pro-rate the tires so next time your at a shop ask if the Road Hazzard is completely free most likely it is not. And yes Sears will road hazzard a tire for you for a cost most of the time it is 25.00 each tire to get Road Hazzard on a tire Five Seasons Tire give it to you for free.

Took my truck in for an alignment..they were having trouble with it and after almost 2hrs, they finally came out to tell me they got it but my brake line rusted through. Truck is a 98 and SUDDENLY after 2 hours of taking my tires on and off, my break lines "rusted through"..riiiiiiight! They hit it on accident and wouldnt own up to it. Not only did they refuse to fix it, they sent me home without breaks..had to use my parking break to stop. Called again the next day to speak to the manager to find out that the guy I dealt with the night before, WAS the manager. No fix, no discount..

I went here because I read about people who had no appointment and got in and out in 20 minutes. I had an appointment and it took over an hour. After spending $800 for tires they told me I needed an additional $1000 work and they couldnt align my front end unless I had the work done. I refused and took car to my mechanic 5 days later. My mechanic told me I did NOT need any of the work Five Seasons wanted a $1000 to do. Also had my front end aligned by my mechanic and his cost was $10 less than what Five Seasons wanted!!. BEWARE!!!

If you need your oil or tires changed, this is the place for you! I was treated with so much respect and explained everything when I got my tires checked out. The previous place I went to for over 2 years finally screwed up and got caught. This place is quick and no appointment is needed. Any woman or girl who feels unsure getting new tires or their oil done because were an easy target for over pricing needs to go here. PLEASE JUST GO HERE. YOULL NEVER REGRET IT.

They called to communicate an issue or a change needed on my requested service, gave me a fair price, and offered a quote for services I can put off till my next paycheck. Called Five Seasons Tire to see if they could repair my spare. The man who answered was not friendly, and a little patronizing. So I went to Marion Tire. What a night and day difference. They were busy but still welcoming and managed to fit me in anyway. The price was right and I went away feeling like a valued customer. Unlike Five Seasons Tire...In this economy I want my money to go to a business that cares, not one that acts like Im a bother to them.

Helpful hint: be nice on the phone. I spoke to 4 different tire places and all were very close in price. I called you, said what I needed and got this as a response: "Ok..." Then I told you what kind of car I had. Same response, "Ok..." You clearly arent interested in my business and thats totally fine. Thats your choice, but in case you guys DO want to increase business, maybe act like you actually care on the phone. Thanks

We get all our tires here and couldnt be happier, Ive seen some review of the price, Five Seasons always includes balancing and the stems (which you NEED), but Walmart and other places quotes dont. Make sure you are comparing Apples to Apples. We have 4 vehicles and all have Five Seasons tires on them and have for several years.

Good professional service. Bought my Cooper discoverer sextile tires there some months ago. Stopped in today for a couple leaky tires. Turns out was corrosion on stem and a screw in the other. With out an appointment they got the tires fixed up quick and me back on the road. Thanks guys!

Good professional service,but I was surprised they were higher then Sears. I mentioned the fact to them but nothing was done about it. I blame myself and will check with Sears first next time. The price at both places were for mounting,balancing, ect.,ect.

Ive never been in and out so fast when it comes to cars. I went in with a hole in my tire and they had it patched up and ready within like 15 mins for just $20. Really impressed!
