Quality Care Storage Rocks! Honestly, they really do. We rented a unit several years ago when we moved from Iowa to Europe for a job. A lot of our household items that we did not take with us were stored at the Iowa City facility. The 24 hour access was wonderful as we could get in shortly after a late flight, get whatever we wanted and then lock up. The facility is clean and dry. We had a climate controlled unit, and everything was in the same condition when we moved it out as it was when we stored it there. The employees are nice and do a great job. If you want excellent storage at a good price, this is an excellent choice.

Quality Care Storage Company is a great facility! The free move in truck along with great specials have made my move easy and cost effective. The professional staff really cares about me. Other organizations seemed to be bothered and the feel is cold and unfriendly. Not so at Quality Care Storage. Its in the name and each team member said hello and remembered my name. Its like family and someone actually will listen. If you want great care of your precious items, store it here you will be cared for!

Great storage company, one of the few in the area with a well set up website. They have a helpful staff and a nice main building. Their website has secured online credit card payment set up, which makes it convenient for someone who is out of state and does not want to bother/risk sending checks through the mail.

The units are great and reasonable priced. Staff is top notch and you can feel safe with the secure compounds and gates. The climate controlled unit are the best. I came in during freezing temperatures and the building was nice and warm.

I leased a 10x10 unit. Upon inspection I noticed it was a 9 10" wide. No big deal. Actually its expected. However, the unit was slightly less than 9 deep and the ceilings are only 8 tall. Customer service is great though.

Easily accessible with a very convenient location. Locker was clean and secure, and QCSC offered nice padlocks for sale on site at a reasonable price. This will be my first stop for any future storage needs.
