So, Im prepping to move. Two weeks before I go I learn I need electric work on my car to make the trailer lights work. I have an appointment at 8:15 AM at this place. I get there at eight. At 8:30 they get to my car. They tell me itll take no more than an hour. Two hours and a half hours later my car is done. Thats cool. I understand stuff pops up. Whatever. Except I go to a different Uhaul to get the trailer and the lights arent working. Apparently, the cable wasnt attached to the battery. Two and a half hours of waiting, a hundred bucks, and the thing wasnt even plugged in. One star for you.

This place is awesome. The manager Stephen Gilbert saved my trip! He was able to get my wires working so I could leave for Florida on time. Great customer service. Excellent place. If you need U-Haul in Little Rock go to the 65th st location.

majorly over charged me. tank wasnt full. they said i put 66 miles on a truck that didnt leave city limits. i literally had the truck for 3 hrs. horrible
