Larry was wonderful to work with! We needed a storage unit for a few months as we were in between homes. After calling a few storage locations, Larry was the only one who seemed interested in my business. He took time to show me the unit I would have and explained how to lock/unlock the unit. He showed me where the lighting systems were (which are throughout the entire area) and explained that the area had 24/7 surveillance so I felt that my items would be 100% safe. I called a month before we knew wed be out (Larry only requires 15 days) and when I turned my keys in, Larry had my deposit in the mail back to me which only took a couple of days to receive. All in all, excellent service! Id recommend Diversified to anyone I know.

Larry is great to work with. New units are very clean, accessible, and secure. Nice secured gated entry, lighting, and video surveillance. Units even have vapor barriers under the cement to prevent any moisture so need to raise items. We wanted a unit for 2-3 months to store things as we remodeled but nice and convenient so weve kept it for over a year and plan on keeping. It would be nice to pay online verses dropping off a monthly check.

Really nice, friendly owner. We needed storage for moving and went here since they were the first place that picked up their phone and they had the best prices we had seen so far. The place is really clean and secure with a lot of security cameras, and we had a great experience with this storage. Our deposit was sent back to us pretty quickly too. Would definitely recommend this place.
