Not only was my storage locked, she says I followed her out to the storage which is a complete lie as I have the phone record of me calling requesting you come out....below is what they wrote. I do not recommend their services terrible experience. They lied about the cost of the storage, did not have a lock, and my storage unit was locked when I drove up to it. Extremely unprofessional. As a business owner of 4 businesses if you dont take reviews seriously you will never improve as a business. Reviews are made so you can see the transparency of what your business is...or is not and adjust. ....their reply to my review on their square account...pretty entertaining. "It has also come to my attention that our office personnel did let you know about the deposit at the beginning of your visit and you were originally told that your unit was locked, as you followed me out when I took the lock off your unit. I remember you quite well. IF you choose to stay with us, I would ask that you check your cocky attitude at the door, as you certainly had one that day.
