The lady that runs this place is so nice! So helpful! So much of a difference than the last lady. My friend has a unit there and I always run up there with her and this new lady was so accommodating and great personality! I think her name is Christy or maybe Christina??? Something like that. The last lady made us feel like we were a hassle. Just wanted to say thanks! That little dog she has is great too!! My friend was thinking about moving to different storage place but now she is staying there and has told another friend about Chisty or Christina and now they have a unit too.

Best customer service in town. I was dropping off some things after-hours & a gust of wind closed the storage building door ... with my keys inside! No worries because its Christina to the rescue. She stopped what she was doing in her OFF-TIME to bail me out. Shes a joy to visit with and a dog-lover to boot! Rest assured your treasures are safe & secure at Museum Road Storage.

I love Museum storage! The lady is super nice and very helpful! She helps you find just what you need! This place is extremely college kid friendly bc they rent month to month, no long leases. Various sizes available, and ocaisional deals for students and more. Great for temporary and long term storage!
