Thanks to Lyle for making this such an easy process! Were currently in the process of planning a wedding, building a house and trying to figure out where were going to put all our belongings until our home is done. Needless to say I was looking for something that was quick and easy as well as left me feeling safe and secure leaving me things. Lyle made this such an easy process and didnt pressure or push us to make a fast decision. He showed us the different storage units and took the time to discuss the different units available and the capability of them to hold what we needed. He gave us tips and suggestions to help our move easier and suggested ways to pack our items in the storage unit to avoid potential condensation. Very helpful, very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. I should also add that when comparing prices for other storage units in the area, this one is very reasonably priced.

I used the facility for approximately 5 months. I never had an issue. The facility was in good condition-they even filled potholes over the summer. The only issue I had was when I switched to another Public Storage facility (to be closer to where we live). The manager Tamika exhibited over the top customer service with resolving my issue. Tamika was able to work through the system to resolve the issue that had developed. She did not have to do anything, and it could have been one of those situations where it is what it is and I would have been left feeling frustrated with how things turned out. Fortunately, Tamika understood the situation and worked many different options to find a positive resolution for me. I appreciated her effort and her dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Thanks Tamika!

I have rented a number of units at this location. I have always felt comfortable leaving my personal items and business materials here. The location is well secured and always clean. I very much appreciate the excellent service from Loni and Lyle. They are very friendly and ALWAYS professional. While I very much like the ease of getting in and out of this facility, I more so appreciate the excellent service I receive. If I call and have to leave a message, my calls are always promptly returned. When I reserved a new unit a few days ago, on-line, my reservation was answered up with a follow-up phone call in less than 5 minutes! Highly recommended!

This was our first experience with any storage units. Lyle showed us the unit and we were pleased with the cleanliness of the unit and the surrounding driveways. Security seemed adequate. When we came to actually rent the unit Kim was most helpful and pleasant and explained all of the paperwork very effeciently.. She provided locks and keys and gate code cards. The office was orderly and had moving supplies arranged for easy viewing. When I came in to close out out use of the unit Kim provided closing receipt. We would definitely use this facility again.

We have had a great experience with Public Storage! Lonnie is very personable,friendly, and knowledgable about her job. I have never used a storage facility before and she made it so easy and actually fun! The units were very clean and it was nice that there was even a light to see way to the back. Another plus is that it is nice and close to home. I feel that it is a very secure place too. If you are looking for a great place to store some of your items, look no farther. We had never used a storage facility before. Kim was very helpful in explaining how to use the storage facility and about the lease, payments, etc. She was very thorough in all her explanations. She helped to get us set up with a storage locker and how to get in and out. We needed extra storage for summer items as we had finished our basement and didnt realize we would lose all our storage space. This is a convenient and safe way for us to store off-season items and its close to home.

From the begining, Loni has been true to her word. Her storage units at 25560 location and are well kept. Additionally, everyone that works there goes out of their way to help you anyway they can. I highly recommend the Stillwater location. I currently rent 2 units...one of them is a sizeable personal pole-barn. I have rented in other cities such as Woodbury...they cant hold a candle to Stillwater. When there is fabulous management, one just feels well taken care of. Outstanding !!!

I visited the Stillwater location to get information about storage units, size, price, etc. Kerri explained the lease process, pricing and showed me the different units available. She answered all my questions and also provided additional information for me to make a decision on which unit was best for me. Mark was equally as helpful today! We shared with him that we were hoping for a unit closest to a door and also a place to keep our Pod as we unloaded it and out of the way of other units. To our luck he had one right next to a door and even had a safe place to store our pod for a few days until we completely unloaded it. I appreciate all the help and also the excellent customer service we received in finding us exactly what we needed..

From the climate controlled units to the safety I feel by using their storage lockers. The ease with which I have access to the unit. Public Storage in Stillwater is great for all these reasons plus Loni made me comfortable from the moment I spoke to her! She has made this experience the Best!!!

While there I had the opportunity to see her interact with other customers (already paying customers) and she treated everyone like they were a friend. Thank God for Loni! We sold our home and couldnt find another so we needed storage plus packing materials too. Loni sold us everything we needed but didnt upsell us anything we wouldnt use.
