Was told by the manager that my last month would be prorated based on when I vacated. I called them on the third of the month and told them I would be out by the upcoming weekend on the 6th. Vacated on the 6th and after I vacated I didnt receive a refund so I called to inquire about it three times over the next three months. Never could reach the manager so I left a message each time asking for a call back. Never received a call back. Finally made contact with the manager 3 1/2 months after I vacated and asked about my refund and was told I had to be out by the 5th to receive a refund. Again, I never received a call back and they didnt bother to let me know when I called the first time that to get a refund I had to be out by the day before I told them I would be vacating. At $280 per month I expected better than this. The next time I need a storage garage I will find another option.

Boxes placed in storage on November 23, 2016. Photos taken on December 30, 2016. Simply Self Storage told me they have concrete roofs and they know about the leaks but they dont know which units are leaking so they cant tell folks ahead of time if their unit will leak or not. The office staff was initially very friendly and professional but since they damaged my stuff they have been short and unhelpful providing only quick "lawyer like" replies. They are unwilling to do anything to help me. The contract you will sign limits their liability to $2,000 but with mandatory binding arbitration there is nothing you can do if they ruin your stuff. I will be asking the city of Woodbury to issue a $100 city ordinance citation to Simply Self Storage for improper building maintenance but thats about all I can do. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

First, I am going to say their facilities are nice and Sara (the owner/manager) made the experience nice. I also appreciate how they are open later hours so our move was a lot easier. However, I rather dislike their requirement for a 10 days written notice when competitors like U Haul do not require the same thing. I called in to cancel my account and was assured they would take care of the written notice for me. I logged in a couple weeks later to notice that I had a new charge on my bill and they never did the written notice for me. Received a collections call and letter a month later and now I have to pay it off to get it settled. Not cool at all considering what was I told over the phone. Wont be returning here again.

Very, very good customer service. I have been renting there for a long time and there is very good convenient times to access your unit. Good security and the price was good for the size unit I rented. Easy location to get to with your vehicle. I noticed manager there frequently did the rounds checking on units. Never had an issue with security problems and very prompt, professional customer service.

Sara, the manager, goes out of her way to be extremely helpful. Shes also very friendly and its always a pleasure dealing with her. The facility is very convenient - good location, good hours. And chances are they can help you get ahold of a few pallets if you have cardboard boxes (so they dont sit directly on the concrete. Otherwise the boxes can get damp from condensation).

Incredibly convenient location. Service is wonderful and the manager/ owner (?) of the facility even remembers me by name. Over the phone! Probably means Im a bit needy, but in my experiences Ive never felt unimportant. The facility itself is clean and well maintained.

Best staff I have EVER dealt with! They really take care of you and work with you regardless of your situation. I had a smaller unit and needed a bigger one and they were able to upgrade me without any hassle at all!!! I would definitely use them again. A+++❤️❤️❤️

Not happy prices went up .do not rent here,I just lost my big tool box full of tools someone pulled it out left by fence for three days . Management did not call police or pull it in .
