What a great experience we had! After a tough couple of days with a difficult rental home situation, we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and care we received from Extra Space Storage. From the first intake call to the on-site manager personally walking us through the spotless facility, we felt valued and cared for. We received a text immediately after our first call and then a personal call from the on-site manager to welcome us. This is a customer service model done very well! Theres no surprise this place has so many 5 star reviews. Everything about this place is great. Great staff, secure, clean and accommodating. Having used a few other storage places in the east metro before (during moves, etc..) I would recommend this place above all. Keep up the good work!

Excellent Customer Service. In less than 1 hours I leased a 5 x 6 storage space, completed a lease agreement, received my entrance code, loaded my locker and departed. A very nice, new, climate controlled storage facility right off Rt. 61.

Michael, the site manager, was very helpful. He explained everything including the rules, site security hours of operation etc. Cottage Grove is brand new so I was the first into the unit I rented but the property is well maintained .
