Short version: Decent, relatively clean, spacious units that are reasonably secure. Notable water/snow/ice management issues of which you must be aware and look to mitigate somehow. Long version: I have used two 10x20 units in this facility. They were suitable for my purposes, but but ideal. The units themselves were very spacious - with vaulted ceilings that went up maybe 20 toward the rear. The doors were a roll up style door which makes stacking your items less troublesome near the entrance since youre not fighting with the space needed for a door to go up. We put tarps down on the floor to limit the condensation that is intrinsic to an unheated concrete slab. Checking in was easy enough. They insist that you purchase a lock from them, but they make it easy to move in using just their website. They even put a couple of bottles of water on the unit, which I thought was a nice touch. The gates are opened with a code that they supply - but I would recommend insuring your items, just in case. One of our units was a real struggle to slide the latch closed, but it worked. The problems I had with the units all revolved around rain/water runoff management. There are no gutters on the buildings. That means the water from rain and snow melting falls directly off the roof. There are drains running down the center of the access lanes but, in one of the units, we had water intrusion to the front right portion of the unit. It wasnt a problem because the tarp we put down protected our items, but it was troubling. The BIG problem comes once there is a thaw/freeze cycle in the weather - which really is inevitable here. They do plow the lanes regularly. However, this leaves a bank of snow at the front of each unit. When the weather gets just warm enough to heat and melt the snow, it runs down into that bank, creates a pool, and then freezes solid when the temp drops. This 6-8" ice dam makes accessing your unit VERY perilous. They obviously cannot control the weather, but I think that they could do something to control the ice. If for nothing else, just to limit their liability. It looked like there might have been a little salt spread down the lane, but they were still coated in very slippery ice. This is a decent facility and will work to store your items - just be aware of these issues if you use it. I strongly suggest that you put a tarp down, and take a shovel and a bag of salt a day or two prior to needing access to your unit in the winter.

Friend payed her rent late so they locked her our for 24 hours. Totally fine, its in her contract. But it has been over a week and they still have not unlocked it. She has called multiple times, got hung up on, and was told that they already removed the lock. She is going to call the police and ask about storage unit laws, because we are quite sure that this is illegal.

Facility is OK, but new management is horrible Cant get bill correct, cant return calls, locked us out even after they had our money 3 times , etc etc etc, we are trying to cancel one unit and keep one and that is another nightmare. I cant give them zero stars but I would if I could.

Good prices. My stuff stayed mostly safe/dry. Some water damage near the door, but no mice. It can take a while to get ahold of someone if you need help.
