The staff at Acorn Mini-Storage, IGH, far surpasses and exceeds my expectations of what Quality Customer Service is about. They are very knowledgeable, professional and personable in their interactions with me and with others I have seen. Price per month for storage units is reasonably market priced. This IGH location is clean, neat and presents itself so that you would ask yourself why would I go elsewhere?

We arrived for our reserved Uhaul early and we were not helped until about 20 minutes after our reserved pick up time. We also reserved a dolly which they did not have. Also the vehicle reserved for us had just been dropped off so the employees never looked it over before handing it off to us. If you dont mind finding a different uhaul facility, I would say its worth it to use a different location.
