I was surprised at how promptly Nancy followed up to confirm my appointment and I knew from there this was going to be one of the more quality customer service businesses to deal with. When I arrived shortly after my appointment time Paul was still very accomadating and went above and beyond to be sure that our experience was pleasant and as easy as it could be. This was one less thing to stress over in my first time storage renting experience. Paul explained the details of the contract thoroughly and brought us to our clean unit. He even checked up on us afterward to give is some tips and help us lock up. 5 star location with customer service that was friendly, professional, attentive, helpful, patient, and a staff that will go out of their way to please. The units are safe, clean, and well maintained. Thanks Paul and Nancy!

I want to start out by saying that I was pleasantly surprised by Paul and his personable yet professional attitude. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! I had to bring my motorcycle back a few days later and Nancy was there, boy what a funny and helpful woman! I was having one of the worse days of my life, long story, no joke. Nancy made me laugh and I was able to forget about life for the short time I was in the office. I would hang on to that girl! As far as facilities go, the unit is clean enough, however the door could use a little work. The handle is very rusty and the pull rope is very brittle and falling apart. Just an fyi. I really appreciate that you guys sell those nice round locks, saved me a trip, and didnt break the bank! All around I am happy I chose Public Storage. Thank you!

I am in a transitional phase of my life and was in need of rental a storage unit. Knowing the reputation of Public Storage, I went to their White Bear Lake location. I was cheerfully greeted by Nancy and she was very helpful in providing me with the appropriate size unit I was needing. She explained my choices and even showed me a unit to help me better understand the size. The storage unit was clean. She even offered a tip or two for when I brought my things to move to the unit. It was a pleasure working with Nancy as she portrayed her knowledge of what was required by me. She even explained to me the various types of boxes available. If you are looking for a place to store you things, I highly recommend this location . The customer service provided here is excellent.

hi my name is latrice and i have been homeless for 5 months and my belongins are in public storage and ivebeen having finance problems lost my home my job my life have been a real big struggle right now and due to all of that i all most lost my storage unit which my whole life is in there i got help from public storage staff nancy/paul they are two awesome and blessful people i have inconteredin my life in the pass 5months i thank these two people very much i thank public storage for having them as employees there a blessing im overwelmed and lost for words to describe them because there patience i still have my belongings there because of your employees so thank you thank you for hiring paul and nancy ther GREAT PEOPLE THANKS AND LOVE LATRICE OPOKU-MANU

Nancy was so polite and helpful during the rental process. I reserved online, went to the WBL location same day and within 20 minutes had my unit available to me. Nancy was very thorough and professional and humorous too. My unit was perfect for what I was storing; and I bought the recommended de-moisture beads that really are working. I received the follow up call Nancy promised me and all is going well. I have had no trouble accessing when I need to and the office staff is very helpful. On my return trip, I encountered Paul, who knew exactly where the dolly was for me to use. This storage unit is a bit further away than I wanted but the price was right and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!

This location and Paul in particular were lifesavers for me! I got caught needing to find, reserve, sign for and fill a large unit all on the same day and this was a great place that met all of my needs. I loved being able to check unit availability online and then make a reservation. When I called asking if I could come sign for the unit he assured me that anytime I showed up I would be helped. Paul was very friendly and explained all of the policies in a clear way and was helpful later when we showed up with a huge moving truck and movers. Finding, this location was a last minute stroke of good luck and I am happy that we will be doing business for the near future together.

When I come across a GREAT customer service experience it must be shared. Nancy was a great help to me, she answered all my questions about storing my items. From making sure I have all the right packing supplies to keeping my items safe during the move and while in storage. She took the time to go over my things I will need to store to be sure I have the right size space. Nancy made my frantic day much easier to address. She was very patient and professional even when she was the only one in the office and having to help several people at once. She made sure I and other customers were not feeling ignored as she helped us all. Thank you again Nancy.

Had a flood in my basement- looked up storage rooms, -called and was routed to a cental reservation place- asked for a room at this location, they confirmed- but then - Paul at the location- actually called up and followed up with me to make sure there were no details that needed to be filled in ? how nice- gave him the time i would be there- he said he would be there to meet me - he did , and was - VERY professional and together individual with the nicest disposition- educated me on the leasing process and made me feel good about a process i would rather have not had to do ! -i recommend the place and his service any day !

I had a wonderful experience with Nancy and Paul, two of the sweetest people I have meet since moving to Minnesota. During the time of my move, my little dog bebe got hit by a car, I was devastated, I was at public storage getting some things and shared with paul and nancy that my dog was in the hospital, I broke into tears, Nancy shared her most recent loss of her cat and her sisters dog, and gave me hugs. Paul and Nancy were very helpful in helping me select the right unit for my storage needs. The facility is in tip top shape. Clean, well lit and secure. Moving a four bedroom house into a one bedroom apartment is challenging, even after getting rid of excess furniture. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. Security is a big deal to me. I am very comfortable storing my possessions, my valuables and my memories at Public Storage on Buerkle Road in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Thank you Paul and Nancy.
