About 3 months into our lease here, our locker was broken into and the entire locker was trashed: boxes ripped open, our stuff strewn about the place and stepped on. Were still in the process of cleaning up the mess, but we know some stuff has been stolen. When we first rented the locker, the staff showed us around, stressing the security of the building (we were storing our entire apartment here while we left the country for a while). Well, it seems the robbers picked a lock on one of the doors on the perimeter of the building--did not even need an access code--so security here is pretty lousy if someone can just pick a lock to enter the building. After we got back into the country, we stopped by to ask some questions about the break-in, the insurance claim process, etc. The person working at the front desk literally put her head down on the counter in exasperation like we were bugging her with honest questions about the security (or lack thereof) of their business. I get that they are just messengers of overall company policy, but the most frustrating part of this ordeal was the staff to act as if we were bothering them inquiring about why our personal belongings are now maybe stolen or destroyed due the buildings lack of overall security.

I was not very satisfied with my stay here. When I reserved a unit on the website they told me I would have to pay $140/mo plus a $20 new account administration fee. No other fees were mentioned. When I went to get the keys for the unit, they then told me I had to buy a $20 proprietary lock to use with their lockers PLUS I had to have to buy insurance for the locker adding a minimum of $9 and up to $24 a month to the price. The lock is maybe understandable, but they should have disclosed the insurance cost up front. I said OK fine, let me read the lease and make sure there arent any other surprises in it and they REFUSED. They said they have no way of showing me the lease until after I have payed for the unit. How absurd is that. Before buying I also asked about cancellation. They told me I had to provide 2 days notice and they would prorate for the month (again I wasnt provided a lease until after I payed). When I went to cancel today they informed me they would only prorate for the first 6 days of the month after that I had to pay for the full month. The unit itself was fine, but you cannot trust anything PS tells you. I wouldnt recommend using them.

When beginning to rent at this location we were guaranteed security by the employee at the property. What a load of BS! Public Storage claims no responsibility for the security of any of their units! They do not believe in customer service if your unit is broken into! We moved everything that we owned into the unit, and left the country. We had just been married before this trip and everything was in there still in boxes. 3 months through our trip we received a voice message letting us know "something" had happened to our unit. What they neglected to say of the voice message is that our storage space had been broken into. When we finally returned to the country to see what had been taken and broken the staff treated us like we were inconveniencing them with questions. They told us they did all that they could do (called the police). They do nothing for the trouble they put you through and could honestly care less if your unit gets broken into, so long as you pay your money. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Just dont rent with public storage at all. the properties are not secure and they have absolutely NO customer service when they are to blame for your unit being broken into.

Tamika is the best service provider for public storage Ive ever worked with. She gives the company a good name and does exemplary work! At first Id been frustrated because of a misunderstanding that had nothing to do with Tamika, I was so upset that I even wrote an angry review of the Wabash public storage, but when I went in Tamika was patient and listened to my problem. She was polite and accommodating and she understood the situation and helped me work through it. She was fun and friendly and so patient! Definitely won me over as an employee! She also was extremely friendly to everyone who walked into the storage while I was there and great about communicating with me. She was prompt answering my phone calls and knew me when I walked in :D. Id work with Public Storage again in the future if Tamika is still there! She seems like shes a really hard worker, she even put off eating her lunch and taking a break so she could help customers more. Thanks Tamika!

I had an excellent experience at this facility and with both Mira and LaQuoia. They were very, very helpful during a very stressful time as I was moved all of my belongings out of my home of fourteen years into a storage unit in preparation for a move to Texas. I even vacated my locker one day, then realized the next day I needed it as a staging area for packing my car during MNs frigid December weather. They very kindly and patiently reversed all the paperwork and made sure that all fees were straightened out. Although I did not learn his name, the DM was also very cooperative in assisting with all the necessary paperwork reversals. The facility itself was clean and very convenient. Miras and LaQuoias customer support were outstanding, and Id highly recommend the facility and their service to everyone.

Store#25558. I had a great experience with LaQuoia. She was very helpful. I wasnt sure what size unit I needed and I didnt want to have to spend too much but she helped me figure out what sized I needed-which ended up being a smaller and less expensive unit. She went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. I am paying not much more for this heated unit. At a different storage place I didnt have temperature control and it was hard on my belongings and really hard, when it was cold, to get something out of it because it was just too darn cold and snow was all packed up against the door. This is a great location to store your stuff. It has easy access from 280 and 94 and LaQuoia is a very friendly attendant.

Gary is one of the best (if not the best) property managers I have had to date. From the moment I met him he had a cheerful attitude and was willing and able to do anything he could to assist me in meeting my needs for storage. Not only does Gary deliver top-notch customer service but he also keeps a very cleanly environment in the storage facility making it easily accessible and gives me a sense of security in knowing that my belongings will be safe from any pests during the length of my storage. I am very pleased with my service at Public storage and will be sure to recommend your facilities to all of my family and friends! Sincerely, Another satisfied customer at Public storage. :)

I had to go in to this location to buy some boxes as I am cleaning out my parents place since they have passed. Its a hard thing to do, but as I was in this location trying to figure out how many boxes I needed and exactly what I needed Mira was there helping me figure out what I needed and how much I needed I was very helpful. Not only that but Mira was so sympathetic to my situation that it made a very hard time actually fun because she had me laughing so hard when I was there! She was very attentive and solved all my problems that day!! I will go to this location again for more boxes and if I need a storage unit because she made my time there so pleasant.
