I moved abroad for a year and was extremely satisfied with The Lock Up for storing my belongings. Access was easy and convenient. Security was awesome; there are cameras, a coded entry to the garage and the elevator, and lock and key(s) are provided. Temperature control was also a plus! I was never worried about the security of my items while I was away and that was a HUGE stress reliever for me. Any time I contacted The Lock Up, they got back to me within a few days and were helpful through all stages of the rental process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to store their things whether they need storage space for a few months or a few years.

It was perfect for my business needs when we lacked the space ourselves. Equipment was kept cool in the summer months and warm in the winter months. The building itself presents itself very well, from the staff that was easy to work with for my questions and needs, to the cleanliness of the facility. Most importantly I felt that my equipment was safe as not only the building is controlled access but the elevator as well, and the walking areas are well lit with motion sensor lights. Would gladly still have my unit if my business didnt just move into a building with the space for us to store our equipment on hand.

Super nice guy runs it and was very easy to work with when my girlfriend was done using her unit. The cancellation process with any place can be cumbersome and necessary, but here it was as easy as dropping off the keys and picking up a receipt. The place is hospital-level clean and super modern. Heated, indoor, 24-hours, secure. Everything you could ask for. Couldnt recommend this place higher if you need a storage facility in the area.

I needed a storage locker for about a month. Rob met with me and picked out the best deal for me for the locker. He was very helpful to me in getting the locker set up and meeting with the other party who was going to get a key. When I no longer needed the locker he was also extremely helpful in ending the contract. I would highly recommend The Lock Up, and especially the 221 American Blvd. location and Rob and his staff.

Reasonable rates and very friendly service. I lost the keys to my storage unit and they were kind enough to replace my lock at no charge, which I appreciated. Clean, safe environment - I have no concerns about visiting after office hours. I would definitely use again for my storage needs.

I love this place, its so convenient and easy to pull the car in and get things from my unit. I love that it is secure and you can only go to your floor. Employees are very nice if I happen to be there during business hours. I have already referred someone and I will continue to do so!
