Robyn the storage unit manager has helped me and my family since the day we stepped foot into her office. We were Very new at storing our items and super hesitant!!! She had an answer for every question I threw at her!! Which trust me, I am not always easy to accommodate!! She kept a smile on her face even though it was super hot outside and my family and friends were a little crabby from all the hard work. She was very thorough on all the paper work and multi-tasked very well in my opinion! I mean it was like a store!! so many customers in and out the whole time I was there. Yet I felt safe leaving my items there.. I actually enjoy going to my unit to add new treasures as well as catching up with the woman who makes sure all is well with the units... One Mans trash is anothers treasure... SHE TOTALLY GETS IT!!! I absentmindedly forgot to lock up my unit... much to my surprise Robyn had taken care of it for me.. I would say this Manager goes above and beyond her duties. I am glad My friend had referred me here. I believe customer satisfaction is very important and easily obtained by maintaining a positive attitude!! Good Job Robyn Keep up the good work!!!!

I stopped in to the facility on Monday to reserve a space. I was helped by Josiah. As we walked into the lot he explained to me how the property was walked every day. That they look for any damaged property, holes in the fence, or missing locks. I was shown a space, and went to the office for paper work. After thinking about it for a few day I decided to cancel my space. I was not even asked why.......... Here is why I decided to cancel. The spot I was shown has a car on one side with three flat tires, and the space on the other side has a rv with busted out windows. I just felt like the place was not looked after very well. I paid over $80 up front and when I returned today to cancel, 3 days later, I was told I will get back $14. Totally unacceptable!!!!!

Taylor worked with me and my husband. We had our 3 year old with us and thats not always easy. Taylor was very helpful. We got a parking space online. But The space was to small. But she said asked a few questions and we had a new space and it was no problem. She made sure we felt taken care of. Even when when a issue came up on our side she was helpful kind and patient. And she made sure to do what she could to help us. She also made it so much easier being so calm and funny with our son. He loved the golf cart ride going to see the space. And she gave him some paper and a few markers to color with while we did paperwork. Definitely a 100% pleasant experience. Anyone with kids knows how stressful these kind of trips can be. Thank you Taylor.

Taylor is the best. If this was not a review I would be putting other words. Because "best" doesnt describe how cool shr is. She is so nice and if you go to the office she will always help. Or out in the lot. She will have 3 customers at a time and she still seems to stay calm and keep the tension calm to. I just rented my2nd unit from her the other day. She really builds a relationship with her customers and makes them feel at home or they can just be who thery are. I just had to put a review in to tell anyone going to public storage. Find what location Taylor is at. Haha or anyone location. They take care of their customers . Taylor you are theeee Shizzzz thanks dude.

Chantelle helped me gain an additional spot for outside storage today. She obtained a map for me to look at the parking spaces needed and worked really fast entering the information in. However we have been long time customers of the previous storage company and when public storage took over we were charged a $20 service fee to add a parking space. This was not a nice surprise seeing as though my company pays a lot of money to have storage at that location and to just add one parking space to the portfolio was in my opinion not necessary. We rent at a new location in Fridley.

I went to pay my bill at the spring lake park location. But my storage is in the anoka-Ramsey area. Taylor the manager working must have watched me walking from the parking lot. I have bad knee problems. By the time i was at the stairs She already had the door open and had me laughing before I walked into the store. Sometimes paying a bill can be fun. Thanks Taylor for making this old lady laugh. All it takes is 1 person to make your day. Go to public storage and see Taylor. I will be stopping by just to pay a bill again soon. Professional and very funny young lady.

Robin was very helpful, everything was setup quickly and the process was fully explained on check in. It is not a "fancy" place but for short term storage I found it worked perfectly for me. I you want "fancy" then you should look for a place which has a controlled environment but be expected to pay more. Im rating this placed based on my expectations and the overall price, thus five stars. Finally, I found the website account management easy to use and Robin was able to see my storage needs shortly after I entered the information.

I went to the Spring Lake Park location today and it was pretty close to closing time..I was rushing there right from work and when I got there I was greeted very nicely by Joan. She was very calm and willing to help. She showed us a few different sizes due to us being concerned with having enough space and was very helpful. I have rented at this location a few times and have never had any issues. I have also recommended this sight to a few people and they had a good experience also. Thank you Joan for all of your help!!!

This facility is convenient and check in was easy enough, but be aware, you will be forced to pay for their insurance even though you probably already have coverage through your homeowners or renters insurance. They will tell you that they will credit you for what you paid for their insurance if you can show them you have your own, but thats a lie. Anyway, Just be aware that they are going to screw you out of an insurance fee even if you cancel it right away.

The worst customer service ever. Latch broken and harassed my lock was unlocked. Fees went from 94 to116 with no nitice. Received the worst customer service in my life. Never been treated so wrongly in my life. Public storage as a whole deserves no new business . They are terrible.Please spread the word. Id hate for anybody to be treated as I did. If anything goes wrong good luck getting it resolved. Zero stars.

Had a great experience again from this company within 10 yrs. Started out at the fridley location with Janae confirming my appt and I met with Chelsey who helped me find a more suitable unit at the Spring Lake Park location with Robin. All these ladies did a great job helping me and it was fast. Now I have my unit and can continue storing my items. Thanks ladies for the friendly and kind help.
