My favorite storage unit Ive ever used. Every unit is ground floor so you never have to deal with slow elevators, you drive into the facility so you dont have to worry about parking. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, Ray makes everything very easy, he is extremely knowledgeable, he can answer all questions without attitude or putting you on hold for 10 minutes. He offers great customers service and while I wouldnt want him to leave he should be promoted(Im talking to you corporate). The office has normal hours but the facility itself is open until 10 which is really nice when you get off work and need to go home first but want to get to something out of storage. I couldnt give any cons if I tried.... Maybe if they fired Ray(although he should be cloned and then promoted)

Ray is great! I was moving something out of storage unit over the weekend and a few days later realized I couldnt find the keys. I called the office to check and see if Id dropped them. To my surprise, I had apparently left them in the lock. I was so pleased to learn that the staff (Ray) does a walk through every day and checks everyones units to make sure theyre locked and closed, etc. As a result, he found my keys, locked them up and held them for me. I greatly appreciate the safety he provides. When I went in to pick up the keys, he was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

My family and I have a storage space in this facility that we’ve shared since 2012. The location is perfect for us all. I really appreciate the continuity and reliability of management here, and will echo other reviewers in saying that the site is well kept and secure while also easy to access at reasonable (safe) hours of day/evening. We’ve dropped off and retrieved things using a variety of vehicles over the years. I imagine there are few logistical scenarios that Ray and his office haven’t encountered before, so remember to ask for advice if you need it! Staff are responsive to any/all questions.

This storage is awesome very clean and secure!! I been them for three years it has been a blessed and amazing experience!! Ray is very Professional, Business Oriented who always responds prompt to my emails, calls, etc. and Courteous, understanding who takes pride in his property and business, Shane as well. I recommend this place to anyone especially if you have sentimental items,valuables,etc. Because it is very secured!! Its nothing like having a secured storage and a great property managers!! Thanks Ray& Shane!!! Now thats PRICELESS!!

Great location and easy to access facility that has great management. Moved out of state several years ago and left behind a number of work-related items. Was always able to move in and out of my unit with ease. The managers are extremely friendly and competent, and are always willing to help out. They allowed me access to their parking lot for my moving POD and provided carts and dollies without charge to assist in my moving. I highly recommend this facility.

The staff is helpful and its nice that they offer carts for you to use if you are there while the office is open. The warehouse hours made it convenient for us to move stuff in the evening and with the drive-through access we never felt like it was a long way to go from the car to our storage unit. Having a storage unit for extra stuff while we were staging and selling our house made the whole process a lot easier - definitely worth it!

The property manager Ray is incredible. The org I work at has been at this facility for over a decade. They also allow 48 hour transfers of storage locker, giving you sufficient time to move. -- oh, and if you forget to lock your locker, they will put a lock on it and call you to make sure you know. They made it incredibly easy for me and my movers to store my belongings in a pinch, even at a distance. Every time I visited the storage all spaces were extremely clean and secure. I love how close to the unit I could bring my vehicle for loading. I will definitely use them any time I need storage in Minneapolis.

Property Manager Ray worked with me, and it was clear that he wanted to facilitate the move-out in a professional manner by coming up with reasonable solutions to my problems. This place will happily prorate you on the way in but not on the way out. I needed to stay 1 day past and they charge me for a whole month! How does that make sense? A whole months rent for one day? Happy to pay the one day but a full months rent is ridiculous. NEVER RENT STORAGE SPACE HERE! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I have used this location the last 4 years and have had a great experience each time. We live in Michigan and have had two daughters go to college in Minneapolis. We rent a storage unit each year for all the stuff I dont want to bring home each summer. Great staff, very helpful. Close to downtown.

Ray has been extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciate that efforts are made to keep the building in good repair and clean. It is well-lit and my belongings have been secure. I usually need the carts and am glad that they are provided to us. I recommend this site highly.

Easy to reserve and rent online. Received a courtesy call once we paid online. Check in was easy and Ray was friendly and explained things wells. I was worried the truck would be too tall to enter but it fit! The interior was clean and the unit was easy to access.
