Painless easy billing, Im not sure how the prices compare really but they are friendly and Ive forgotten my code to enter a few times and they just asked for my name and birthdate and let me on in. No water damage to any of my stuff thats on the ground. they keep it plowed, in fall a ton of leaves went into the inner storage unit areas. They have only 1 light switch for the inner storage units so its kind of a pain you have to walk a long ways just to turn on the lights to see in your unit. Other than the minor issues nothing bad to report.

Making the reservation and renting went effortlessly & the unit I rented works perfect for my needs. Cant beat the $1 first months rent. I received a call promptly after making the reservation and rented that same day. Little did expect it would take so LONG. The gentleman is scatter brained and slow. I got a really nice call today following up my move-in & had a nice discussion with her, not the property manager, she was super friendly. (Kind of wish I met her the day of renting) none the less pleased with renting here.

First, the people are nice and responsive. However, the site is not conducive to storing things that you do not want wet. I used this shed for a month, and due to condensation within the unit, everything was wet or damp. Once I discovered this, I immediately removed everything from the unit. They referred me to the insurance policy to take care of any damage, however would not credit any money towards the unit (admin fee, etc).

Never had any issues with the company nor this location. I rented an outside facing unit for 9 months. Paid a comparable rate to other storage units, used auto deduct for payments. During the winter they kept the roads plowed, but did not shovel out the doors to each unit so bring a shovel if you are doing anything during the winter. I just called to schedule a vacate this weekend and it automatically cancels the automatic bill pay.

We moved all of our belongings into storage after moving up to MN from KS. The staff was nice, helpful and showed us the unit to be sure all our things would fit before having us do any paperwork. Our things have been safe and we were easily able to access them during the winter because they keep the roads plowed and clean. Secure & yet easy to access. Highly recommend.

I worked with Cassie Murphy she was a-maz-ing !! I loved her sweet and knowledgeable personality. I had a lot of questions about unit size. I didnt want anything too small because it would have been a tight fit for my junk. She gave me the options and I think I found the perfect size for my large load. Thank you so much Cassie!
