I would recommend Metro Self Storage in Blaine to anyone looking for a storage facility. While the facility is clean, offers climate controlled units and has an awesome security system, site Manager Kathy is an absolute GEM! Not only will she help you select the right sized storage unit for your needs, she has moving supplies available if you need them. Need a moving company? Kathy can refer you to reliable movers who will treat your valuables like they would their own. Dont be afraid to take a 2nd or 3rd floor unit; Metro has carts to move your possessions and the elevators are large and quick. The only mistake you could make is to NOT choose Metro Self Storage in Blaine!

Since Kathys name is already on some of these reviews, I dont feel bad about using her name when thanking the staff at this facility for the same 5 star treatment that apparently everyone else has had here. This is a clean facility and from first impression, appears to be well designed. And as stated before, hats off to customer service and even just the general atmosphere of the place. Has an industrial look but not an industrial feel. Good pricing too. Always something to consider.

what a fabulous storage facility! my father and i recently went to Metro Storage in Blaine in search of a larger storage facility to assist us. what we found was a warm and inviting experience. the storage unit is perfect, the customer service that we received from Kathy was outstanding. the last experience we had at another facility was disappointing. this experience has been, hands down, FIVE STAR!!!! outstanding! we are recommending this facility to everyone we know!

Search no more for climate controlled storage - Blaine Metro Storage has it all! Friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and caring staff; clean facility; camera-secure, and easy to access from highway 65. In addition, Kathy worked with us to park, overnight, a 28-foot trailer needed for our move AND helped us with our lock when we had a self-induced key snafu. Because of her, our move continued smoothly. Thank you.

Excellent facility and staff! Wasnt sure if I really needed climate controlled storage but was sure happy I did make that decision. Had some valuable furniture and other important items to store and it was very nice walking in the facility and knowing my things were being kept in a safe environment. Definitely recommend Metro Self Storage and will be back when the need arises.

This is an excellent storage facility. The Manager Kathy is wonderful to work with. She explains everything in detail, and has a wonderful personality. The facility itself is new, very clean, secure with a wonderful pull through. It also has easy access off Hwy 65. The rates are fair compare to other storage facilities in the area.

Wow, is all I can say! This facility has it all; large, new, clean, reasonably priced, and great customer service. Kathy, the Facility Representative we worked with, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as well. We secured 2 units and are considering a 3rd! I highly recommend this facility and its staff!

Very nice, clean clement control, drive thru and affordable rent price . I have rented other storage unit some where, but nothing compared to this one, I really love it. And will look foreword to recomment friends and relatives to check for this storage close to the neighborhood.

Very friendly staff, hours to access our unit are fine (would like 24 hour access but understand the reasoning for closing at 9pm each night).. Small start up costs and an overall great value for the size of the unit we started renting.
