Many thanks to the Simply Self Storage Hiawatha II team!!! From the very first consultation May 2013 to the final notice conversation on 30 December, 2016 the staff was professional, very kind and comfortable to work with. A choice to move out of my home of 15 years was very difficult and painful. My son and I were treated with respect, compassion and empathy for our situation which allowed us a sense of security and the reassurance necessary to make the decision to store our treasured items. This was more than just "stuff" to us...it was all filled with memories including my childhood piano I had for more than 35 years. The facility is easily accessible, clean, and temperature controlled. We are forever grateful!! Thanks again for the peace of mind knowing our "stuff" was safe. Respectfully - Heidi and family

I am a new customer at this location my first day the experience was very good very nice woman helped me out and it was close to being closed for the day. She was very nice and understanding and all the rates we discussed over the phone was the same as once I got there. The only thing I would change is bringing a lock beforehand because 17 bucks is a lot for a lock other than that I will most likely keep doing business with them. Place is well kept and like I said so far so good. Excellent service I would recommend them.

Horrible customer service, severe mouse infestation, mouse feces everywhere. The facility knows of their mouse issue because they have traps out, although theres no bait inside, so completely pointless. The so called insurance you can purchase at monthly extra cost is garbage. The employee who sold it fails to note that it covers fire damage only. Business needs to have a review by the BBB, if you even want to call it a business. More like sham, at best.

Kevin greeted us warmly, explained the policies, and showed us to our choices. He consulted on what size we needed and then showed us a couple of options. The unit was so clean and ready to move in. The whole place was clean. We looked at the storage place further down Hiawatha first. No comparison. This is a good storage company.

Ann and Kevin made the process easy with friendly help. Their estimate on my storage need was accurate. While it is kind of a maze, the signs leading to my unit were clear. And by giving them your ID, you can use one of their carts which sped up the transfer enormously.

The facility is clean, dry, temperature controlled, and well lit. The hours are great and the lockers are easy to access. Carts are plentiful, although they are under lock and key; investing in your own flat cart or dolly is money well spent. I highly recommend.
