We chose this location for our extra belongings as we were in the process of down sizing from a family home to empty nesting. The items that we stored were more or less items for our outdoor furnishings and amusements, as we wanted to retain many items in the event that we would find a cabin or hobby farm. This location and building site proved excellent for this purpose, with easy access in and out of the camera secured grounds. The one story buildings were super easy to navigate and the billing was simple and efficient. Also, a huge plus was the easy locale to 35W, 35E, Hwy 13 and Cedar Avenue. You can get just about anywhere and go any direction with terrific ease. At the conclusion of our storage contract, we found our items safe and secure in our dry storage locker. Considering our former experience of having our home furnishings in a temperature controlled storage facility elsewhere, I am grateful to have found this facility in Eagan, as it served our purpose of wanting to retain our valuables without the huge fee of storing at an indoor, multi level facility with huge prices. Thank you Simply Self Storage! You are worth your weight in gold!

I would give it -10 stars if I could they raise the rent like every three months I pay $70 for a little tiny storage unit they effing suck the guy is so rude that handles the cases they get my billing wrong all the time and try to charge me late fees when I have it automatically come out there scams and I do not recommend this crappy place . Dont do it and I dont know what person is talking about unbeatable prices it must be like one of the workers saying this crap because its way too expensive overpriced and my light doesnt even work in my unit and they also have flooding here .

This is my 3rd time back at Simply Self Storage and for a good reason! The service here is excellent! I appreciate that Chad is professional, patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out just the right unit for me. The property and units are well cared for and the area is secure and clean which matters very much to me. I highly recommend SSS to anyone needing short or long term storage. Thanks again Chad!

We have has a storage here for a few years now, and it has been decent... All of a sudden i am here now to pay a bill ans the sign on the door says be back at 2:45, well its now after 3 and im still sitting in the parking lot waiting for the property manager to come back... There are like 5 cars besides mine sitting here waiting... This is unprofessional making people wait and its rather annoying!!!

The property manager, Chad Haines , was very nice and courteous. He gave us our first month free. It was our first time there and it was a very pleasant experience. When I went back to rent my second storage, he even helped me unload my equipment. And on top of that, he loaned me his lock because I had forgotten mine. I would highly recommend this storage facility!

After a really bad experience trying to rent a space at Acorn Mini Storage, I drove here without calling ahead. Chad, the manager, was polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. With his help, I got the paperwork signed, got the right size space for my needs, put my belongings in storage, and was on my way, all in less than an hour. Chad is terrific!

Management was exceptionally professional and helpful. I understand the place was put under new management in 2016, and it was definitely worth it. Robert was courteous and professional and was able to get me a garage just the right size for my collector car. Facility was clean and secure.

Robert , the property manager , has taken a very professional approach to keeping this facility clean and secure. Ive rented at least 1 unit here in Eagan for 12 years. The property has never looked as clean as it does now. Hes also very easy to chat with.
