This is the first Google review Ive done, and I had to post because my experience with Storagemart in Springfield has been outstanding, and as long as theyre open, Ill never rent from another company. Their prices are competitive, the buildings are secure, their billing/payments are very easy to manage, and the staff is incredible. Ive rented a unit twice from this location, both times for multiple years, and Karla--the manager--has gone above and beyond for me since I first called to inquire about renting. Shes accommodated me on dates, prices, unit selections, and issues Ive encountered every time without any hesitation. Shes also gone completely out of her way to help me out in a pinch multiple times, always with a smile and a sense of humor. When the lock on my unit froze shut during winter, she met me at my unit after hours to cut the lock and replace it. When the electricity stopped working suddenly in my unit, she got me into a new--and bigger--unit within an hour. Shes assisted me both on the phone and in person outside of business hours more times than I can count, and is one of the most exceptional people Ive ever dealt with. Id recommend Storagemart to anyone looking for a unit for any reason or length of time.

So far everything is great. Office staff has been very friendly and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Our unit was very clean inside and out. Its an easy access for us to get the trailer in and out. The price of the unit is very fair as well compared to the others that we researched before coming here.

Perfect size for college storage. Great location, easy access, they have everything you may need. Karla is very friendly and very easy to work with. Website is easy to work with. Its great to drive 900 miles and not worry about the storage. This StorageMart has truly been a blessing for our family.

Just from talking to Carla the Mananger I knew I made the right decision. She was up front with prices , the cleanliness and security of the property and when I found out I would need a bigger unit she was more then happy to show the unit and make the upgrade as smooth and stress free .
