We recently ordered a storage container from Best Value Storage and paid by credit card prior to delivery. Upon arrival, we had our warehouse staff fill it completely (floor to ceiling/front to back) by hand. We were then contacted by Best Value Storage to inform us that they accidentally shipped us the wrong container (a container intended for rental) and that they were coming back to exchange the containers. We told them that, unfortunately, we had already fully loaded the container, paying out several hours of labor and surely cannot be expected to unload the material from the first container and reload the new container for free. They told us we have two options: (1) let Best Value drop a new container and we relocate the material AT OUR OWN EXPENSE or (2) PAY Best Value an ADDITIONAL $200.00 for the container we originally received (a supposed $500.00 discount off their $700.00 paint job they put on their rental containers). We again explained that we, as the customer, surely cant be expected to incur additional expense for Best Values mistake and that we were unwilling to settle for either of those two options. Best Values final responses were, "you dont have to be rude about it" and "well see how the owner wants to proceed with his lawyer." Needless to say, this is clearly Best Values mistake and and a master class on HOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS. Instead of taking ownership for their own error, its apparent they are only trying to figure out how to recoup their loss despite creating significant inconvenience/expense to the customer.

Ive been using there container for almost 2 years now and no issues at all. When it was delivered this area had been pounded with heavy rain for days and my site was a mud hole. Even without being able to fully drive to drop point, he still got container on rock pad built for it. Thats service!!!

Grate place drove to there true office location in Marshfield there is not an office in Springfield . Very nice tan containers also seen some red ones. . Ps I suggested an edit to Google for you . Thank you and hope it helps.
