Ive stored things here for over a decade, personal items for which I had no other storage location. Pushed by necessity I started using Simply Self Storage. In that time period I have never had any kind of a problem. Always easy access, even with snow problems elsewhere, OK here. Friendly, helpful staff. Consistently clean, uncluttered facility. In every respect it has fulfilled my expectations and needs.

My husband and I are planning to move to a new home and have been using this Simply Self Storage location for over a year. It has been a great place to store our extra household items while in this transition period. Definitely will recommend this Self Storage to others. It is good to have someone on site, checking things. We like the idea that the management knows who we are.

I was looking for outside storage for a large vehicle. Property manager Sean took the time to locate a perfect spot which allowed me plenty of space to park. He was very attentive and contacted another renter to move to a different location giving me better access. Great service and nice to get THE FIRST MONTH FREE! Friendly and easy to work with. I recommend SSS.

I trusted the internet and thought Id give them a shot. They werent very professional. Set an appointment up with me, I showed up and there was a sign saying they wouldnt be back until 2 hours later. Called to get some info on why that would happen...lady apologized and said shed have them call back once they were in... Here I am 24 hours later.

The location of this place is great for us since it is close to 35W and easy to find. After doing research we found it is priced much lower than using the PODS. The best part is the people there have been really friendly and eager to help us. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Typical self-storage facility. Due to a building demolition, they hired movers to relocate my belongings and they damaged some of my property in the move. Management was not helpful in resolving the situation. Suggested I file a renters insurance claim.

This place will raise your rent on a regular basis but they wont tell you about it until you move your stuff in. I believe they use deceptive business practices. Find a different storage service.
