I had never used self-storage before and was blown away by the quality and security of the facility in Shoreview; I had no idea a storage facility would be some modern and high-tech. The level of customer service I received that exceeded my expectations. The manager, Mike quickly helped me determine the amount of space I required as I had no idea and also gave me some pointers on how to maximize my use of the space. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, what more could you ask for? I could not be happier with my experience thus far and will be recommending North Star’s services to anyone that will listen. The warehouse door has been broken a number of times when I have tried to get in. This is frustrating when trying to get things in and out, but there is a back door access as well, so it does work out.

Very pleasant and helpful servive. Units are well kept. Easy a access even for a large truck. Grounds casually kept but no obvious hazards. Climate control available. Expanding facilities.

Units here are really clean and well maintained. Prices are competitive but they dont nickel and dime you to death here like other places. The guy in the office is pretty awesome.

Decent storage place with climate controlled storage units. Staff could be a bit friendlier but you hardly interact with them so who cares?
