We are indeed happy and satisfied first-time customers. Mark was very professional and right on the mark regarding his follow-up call the morning after our online booking of the storage space; He also did a very good job of taking us through the ins and outs of the terms of our contract and discounted rates, procedures to follow about getting in and out of the facility, and also in next to no time fixed our storage booth lock that wasnt properly functional; and All in all a good experience – we will gladly recommend Public Storage to anyone we know of in need of storage facilities. We went to Public Storage to help our grandson access his fathers storage unit after our son, Dominic died. When we went into the office, there several other customers ahead of us waiting for help. We were impressed by how Mark (we learned his name when it was our turn) helped each customer. He was not only very professional regarding storage issues, but also, he attention and attitude he conveyed was that he was sincerely interested in solving each person concerns. Mark made our experience very comfortable and solve all of our concerns.

The first thing that I liked about public storage is that you can go on-line and preregister so that when you go into the office your paper work is all but complete. The second is the gentleman that assisted me when I came into the store was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and what I was looking for in a storage place. I would highly recommend to my friends and family that if their in need of a storage place that they go to public storage it is well worth it.

Staff was rude, very rude. Would not explain why I needed their insurance other than it was their policy. Someone tampered with my lock and was unable to access my property they did not investigate who it was or when it happened. Quoted over 1 weeks time to have someone from their staff cut the lock so I could move out of my home. Honestly I dont know if they are all like this but DO NOT GO HERE! IF you can deal with Mark alone you might be all right but good luck!

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! They claim to be a climate - control facility, but we found MOLD throughout most of our stored items. Now we are in a living hell trying to get rid of it because we brought the stored boxes and other items into our home. Weve had to dispose of several things, including clothing, boots, suitcases, etc. The staff might be nice, and easy to work with, but their facility is not properly maintained, as they claim.

This place is very nice, built nice and mark the property manager is wonderful! He was great when we signed up, extremely informative and did an amazing job walking is through the steps of signing up to getting out lock set and out big truck and trailer around the site! Since then he had to help us get in the unit- we were using the wrong key- duh! Forgot our morning coffee that day I guess but he was friendly and came right over to help!

Hello, The friendly staff at the Public Storage in Little Canada Minnesota are great people to work with, they keep me up to date on everyhing I need to know when it come to storing my vehical at their location. I highly reccomend public storage when it comes to a place to store anything you have to store away a any period of time. These guys were AMAZING! I was in a real jamb and didnt have much money to give. Dale at the Eaton Street store directed me to go with the store located off Rice & Co Rd B because they had a 1st month "free" special running at that store! The staff were great and very easy to work with. It was a great "Team Effort" by ALL staff at BOTH stores!

The staff of the Little Canada Public Storage has always been helpful with anything we have needed. Most of my experience has been with Mark, the manager. He epitimizes everything I would want in a manager if I had a business dealing with customers and their problems. Kudos to Public Storage for their excellent staff in Little Canada!

Both were professional, friendly, and quite knowledgable. Our unit is conveniently located, and is clean and easy to access. Would recommend them to anyone.
