Very secure and clean. While the majority of the units are indoors, with heating and cooling, (and humidity control it seems) there are also larger units available (to store boats, for example), accessible directly from the secured fenced parking lot. Pricing is on par with other temperature controlled storage. Also available is storage in the fenced-in, secure parking lot and UHaul rental. Ive rented UHaul trucks and trailers here with very little hassle. I had stuff stored here in a 10 x 25 for a year. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean toilets available for use by unit renters. Thats a big consideration if you are going to spend more than a few minutes at your storage unit. Street gate and doors are code access controlled and the units are padlock secured. Convenient access off of 7th street. The only drawback is you dont have access between 10pm and 5am.

So I used the UHaul service at this facility yesterday and everything was fine all until the drop-off when the shop decided to not do their due dilligence and possibly mail their brains out. With a stroke of luck someone working here retrieved the truck from one of two drop lots, checked it in....but then somehow "lost" the truck. They then proceed to place a call to notify us that the truck is lost and that a police report would need to filed...needless to say this doesnt add up if you have a secure drop-off/dropbox location Come to find out their system/internet is slow and it had been "checked" in... I dont advise that you rent UHauls from here based on this experience or at the very least avoid using the afterhours drop-off/dropbox locations

Describable difference. True story. Purchased 4 tall wardrobe boxes, pack of small boxes and some moving tape. Get the boxes to my Audi and they wont fit in the trunk. The manager/owner offers to drive the 4 wardrobe boxes to my place about a mile away in a u-Haul truck! SERIOUSLY COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just went back for some more boxes and tape. This is a rare company that offers above and beyond customer care like that. I didnt even ask; and then when I offered a tip he kindly and respectfully declined. Unbelievable!

The staff at this U-Haul location was very courteous, in fact they (Connie) explained everything in detail!!! Answered all my questions very professionally!! Made me feel like I was part of the family!! Nowadays it isnt vary often one finds this kind of service! The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable!! I highly recommend 7th Street Storage. We needed a place to storage our belongings after moving from our 5 bedroom home of 29 years to a two bedrooms apartment and happened upon 7th Street. Our experience was wonderful. The staff who helped us were professional, considerate and efficient. The building and grounds are consistently clean and well maintained, as well as safe a dry. Access is convenient. Again, I recommend this place!

Friendly, fast, and effecient service! They give you a walk-through on how to get to your space, use your access code, and explain their pricing options very thoroughly to find something that will work for you. They also have a variety of moving boxes in nicely discounted packages. Im very happy I chose 7th Street Storage! Gave me peace of mind during a hectic moving process!

I just received the final shipment from my storage unit, and all came through beautifully, dust-free, no "storage odor" such as a musty smell. Very clean facility and most helpful staff.
